[Hiei]

The day was a bit too much, which made a lot of people grumpy. But there was one person whom was always that way. His crimson orbs looked up at the heavens above. He rested his hands into his leather pant pockets as he slowly walked down the filthy streets of the town. His black spiked hair swayed a bit in the breeze. He wore nothing, but his leather pants, his white bandana around his forehead and his black sandals, which carried his well-figured frame with ease over the terrain before him. He may be a short teenager, but of course his well frame body hid that fact. His biceps, his abs easily flexed as he moved down the long filthy streets, moving through the crowd.

He sighed as he leaned against a building and watched as people walked by after a while. He looked around and before he pushed off the building and started to walk down another part of the town. He then noticed a small coffee shop and he ordered a thing of cold tea and a donut and sat at a table and started to eat, while reading a book. He wasn't the type that liked to read, but of course when he was alone, he didn't care at what he did. He just liked to have his moments alone and just didn't want to deal with anyone or anyone's problems.

But even though he was cold hearted person, stubborn and just liked to be alone, deep down he is a caring person and actually missed having someone to talk too and share things and even have the chance to be with someone within a relationship. But of course his jobs were dragging him down and it just made things worse because of that. But at least he was getting money which helped pay for things he needed to pay back for. But of course he would like to start seeing people again and hope to find the one that was right for him. He leaned back into the chair at the coffee shop, took another sip of his coffee and finished his donut, before reading more of his book; not knowing someone was watching him.

[Ptolemy Ra]

Ptolemy walked down a quite street. He seemed to be in a daze his long purpish hair blow lightly in the slight wind. Sometimes his hair just got in his way so today of all days he chose to wear it in a braid. His light purple eyes looked at the light sky. He wore lightly colored comfortable clothes thinking that wearing robes would make people look at him oddly. He continued his walk without saying a word to anyone who walked by him. It was true he didn't talk much but he surely wasn't a mute. He was pretty tall for someone his age but maybe that was because his mother was a Wizard...though that he didn't have the elfish looking ears like his mother. If he did then that would surely draw attation to him and he would stick out like a sore thomb.

As he walked people talked about him. Since he was half Wizard he tried hard not look at somethings but his still had his eyes open...well just enough so he could see where he was going. He really wanted to get away from people on because he got a bit tired of seeing what seem like the same person just in different clothes. Of course he knew he was different from everyone else on Earth. He walk to a small cafe and walk in. He sat down at a small table by himself just lightly looking around at everyone else in the room. He just happened to stop at a teenager reading a book. He didn't do much of anything but sit there for a while wondering if the teen would notice him staring which in Ptolemy's opinion was quite rude. Though he thought it quite rude to stare at someone it took him a moment to realize it was he who was staring and going against what he thought was rude...so he turned back around before the other teen could have even noticed.

The crowds outside were growing with more beings, which made Hiei a bit more edgy. Of course he wasn't around from around these parts and new places always got to the best of him, but of course he never let his guard down. After a few moments, the presence of someone looking at him came through and without lifting his head, his crimson orbs started to look around the coffee shop, until they landed on a very attractive young teen.

Hiei was able to notice the other turning his head away and looking in another direction. Heh. With the book hiding his facial features, a slight grin came over his face. Even though a lot of people thought of him as cold and distant hearted, but yet he is really not that bad once you get to know him and such. Right now, he couldn't help but grin at how the other was reacting. He was use to being stared at. It wasn't something new. But of course if this boy knew manners, he knew what he was doing was rude and he did the right thing for looking away. He set the book down and finished up his coffee.

He stretched and he decided like usual, to make the first move. He got up, threw away his coffee cup and his napkins, which was actually right next to Ptolemy. "Find anything interesting on me, that is too your liking? If you don't mind me asking? He said with his deep tone, matured voice. It was a bit cold, but of course it was the truth and he couldn't help but be a bit blunt. His crimson orbs flickered a bit, but not of dislike, hate or anger. Without Hiei knowing it, his eyes were actually flicking for acceptance, need, to be loved. A gentle smile came over his face as his right hand rested in his right pocket on his leather pants. He waited for the other's reply.

Ptolemy for some reason had the feeling that the other had realized he was staring at him. Though it was never in his nature to do such a thing but he couldn't help but stopping at him. He kept his head down with his eyes nearrow toward the table. 'I'm such an idiot! I can't believe I was going against something I thought to be rude. I know my parents tought me better then that.' He just seemed very deep in his own train of thought not to mind the people around him. It never really bothered him to be a lone in a public place he always was anyway. He never really guessed if anyone could tell that he wasn't just human but maybe that was because most people didn't pay attation to him. Though he was wealthly he just didn't like to show it when he walked through town so he just normally wore plan clothes. He would never have guessed that someone would want to come over and talk to him.

Ptolemy was unawear of someone coming over just like always. He was snapped back to reality with the words, "Find anything interesting on me, that is too your liking? If you don't mind me asking?" That seemed to come from someone standing over him whose voice was deep and mature. He didn't want to see who it was because he never really liked looking people in the eye. He lifted his head slightly to catch a glimps of the other standing beside him. It took Ptolemy a while to answer the other he just looked at him lightly. "I don't mind you asking me that question," he replied to the last question but not to the one before it. Sure he liked the other teen but he thought the other teen was being a bit cold...but he didn't have the heart to say it. "I...I uhh..." that was mostly the only thing he could get to come out of his mouth to answer the first question which he had no right answer to...yet. He just wasn't sure how do answer that question then again he was sure what was so interesting about the other teen. He just sat there slightly looking at the other with his light purple eyes.

Hiei raised an eyebrow while he finally noticed the other after a minute or two after him asking the question looked up at him. Okay, I do admit, I could have said it a different way. He cocked his head to the side a bit, his crimson orbs taking in a bit more of Ptolemy's figure. He sure was tall for his age. Hearing part of the reply of Hiei's question, made him gently smile. That's when Hiei grabbed the top part of the chair, facing the other teen and sat down, one leg over the other.

"Well...I could have said the question in a different way that wouldn't have left you on the spot like that. Just that, I'm use to people looking at me, but for some reason, there is something different about you that I don't see in other people and it's attracting me." He said lightly. His voice was now in a calmer and gentler tone. He knew that being cold to someone who doesn't deserve his nasty attitude wouldn't be a good thing at all. A bad rap for sure. He brushed away a piece of his black bangs out of his face, while giving the other a friendlier smile.

"The name is Hiei, Hiei Sama." He said as he held out his hand for the other to shake. At least it would be polite to get the other's name as well as getting out his. After all, he was in no rush to go anywhere and this boy was really interesting and actually he had to admit, very attractive. It was really rare for him to be acting this way. Actually he was confused about how he was acting, but of course he just wanted to know whom this other was and see what would happen next. Maybe he could make up for his rudeness with a friendly date to his club or something...it didn't matter to him much. But if it would make the other better if both were able to do something to make up for their rudeness and maybe get to know each other better, it would make things easier on the long run...wouldn't it?

[Ptolemy Ra]

Ptolemy would have never figured someone would come over and talk to him for a quite a while. Actually no one has ever said a word to him before. When the other sat down Ptolemy's gaze shifted a little so that he was facing the other just slightly. He kept his hands cuffed the way they were when he sat down at the table to begin with. Maybe it was a bit early for him to find someone so good looking but it didn't seem to bother him. He could see through his bangs with his purple eyes a slightly looked into the other's red ones.

"Maybe you should have..." He really wasn't sure what to say at that point but still he kept his gaze on the other. "Thanks...I think," Ptolemy twitled his thombs as he said it but then he could feel a blush come across his face which in a made him almost turn away from the other but he didn't he just sat there hoping not to be any ruder then he already may have seemd.

"My name is...Ptolemy Ra Thotmose." He looked at Hiei, who to him had interesting name. "I was named after an Egyptian pharaoh, if you ever watched anything on it. Ptolemy was the brother of Cleopatra who took the throne from him by the help of Julius Ceasar. The other half of my name the Ra part of it is the name of the Egyptian sun God." He continued hoping not to bore the other with his stupid story on someone from Egypt let alone on how he got his name. "I...I'm sorry I just went off on something like that," He blushed again this time he looked away from Hiei but of course this wasn't going to help him at all. Maybe it was because he was just too shy to beging with? He wasn't sure about it at all. 'I'm such a moron for thinking that he might be interested in my name and how it relates to Ancient Egypt.' He thougth about it for a while, while waiting for the other to say something back to him.

After a minute or two, Hiei rested his left hand on his face, while his elbow rested on the table, hearing Ptolemy's voice. It sounded like a thousand angels. His right eyebrow raised some at seeing the younger teen blush at what he was saying. He then grinned at hearing him saying he was sorry for over talking. "There is no need to be sorry at all. I'm actually in love Egypt. I know a bit of the history it's self. I actually have lived there for four years and I just got back 6 months ago." He said lightly. I do say, I always meet up with the shyest people and yet...they just open up to me. Weird. He stretched some, but he still kept eye contact with the other.

But once he saw Ptolemy look away, he gently reached over and gently slid his right index finger underneath the other's chin and turned it to face his. His crimson orbs softened lightly and a gentle smile came over his face. "There is no need to be bashful. You said nothing wrong and you aren't being rude at all. It's all just reactions and everyone does them." He said gently in a calm, whisper like tone, not knowing that his face was a few inches away from the other. His smile went into a more friendly and caring smile. "If you want, we can make it up to each other about how we have acted by going out for dinner, if you wish that is?" He said gently. His crimson orbs sparkled gently while he waited for the other's reply.

"You do and you did?" Ptolemy was seemed a little more interesting in the other. Of course he still didn't want to look into his eyes. He was pretty glad that Hiei was interested in Egypt and that he didn't bore him with it. 'Sometimes I wonder why I just start talking to people and some how I open up them...well maybe its just Hiei.' Even though Ptolemy was of Egyptian decent he never really been to Egypt but he did hear about it from his father.

Ptolemy flinched a bit when Hiei put his fingure under his chin. Of course he didn't mind at all. He looked at Hiei with his light purple eyes through his bangs. "Yes I know that...but it's just the way I am." He said to the other still looking at him he felt a blush come across his face. He looked at Hiei when he offered him to dinner. "Uhh...sure," He was a bit unsure of it though but he still wanted to be near the other.

[Hiei]

Hiei smiled gently at hearing his reply. Wonderful...I will be able to understand more about this beautiful angel. He gently caressed Ptolemy's cheek with his thumb, while he cocked his head to the side and couldn't help but a sweet, gentle smile over his face. He leaned in gently and kissed him on the lips. He knew it could have been a bit too much, but...it seemed the right moment and he was just too beautiful sitting right there.

He pulled back a bit, but his nose lightly touched the others. "Italian sound good?". He said gently. It didn't really matter where they went, but as long as he was close to this decendent of Egyptians was near him, he would actually have someone to care and love for as well as protect. He just hoped that he wouldn't do anything that would scare the other away for if that happened, he would go crazy. "I can pick you up at 7.". He said as he pulled back a bit more. He hoped that it wasn't too late for the other to be out and about. He would do anything to make Ptolemy safe and comfortable.

When Hiei started to caress his cheeck his face started to turn a deep red. Though his face was red from blushing he couldn't help but smile at the other. It surprised him deeply when Hiei kissed him gently on the lips. Though it was his first kiss he really enjoyed it because it was the other's kiss. 'Most people would that was a bit too much coming from someone you just met...but for some reason I don't mind at all.' Ptolemy blushed even more wondering if his face could get any reder.

"Yes...Italian sounds good," He looked the other in the eyes with his own for once. He was glad that Hiei didn't want to be away from him...well actually he was glad that someone would care for him. A light smile came across his face as he looked at the other. "7 is just fine...my parents wont mind since I'm 18." Ptolemy just enjoyed looking at the other...honestly he didn't really care where they went just as long as he was with Hiei.

[Hiei]

Hiei noticed the other blushing a bit more, but seeing him actually smile and looking at him in the eyes on his own, made his heart skip a beat. Damn...he was goregous. Now he felt his own cheeks warm up and he knew that he was blushing. He never blushed. A small trickle of sweat down the side of his temple and he gave him a slight smile, before scratching the back of his head and chuckled. "Alrighty then. I will pick you up at 7. I know a few good places". He said lightly.

His crimson orbs sparkled with happiness and excitement. He wouldn't do anything to cause any harm to the angel before him. He would make this boy's dreams come true. He was sure of it. He had a hunch about it. "I will make this a night that you will never forget.". He said as he leaned in once more, kissing him gently once more, before standing up, leaving his cell phone number on a piece of napkin, before heading out, but he stopped once, his hand on the door and looked back over at Ptolemy and smiled gently at him. His eyes softened a bit before he went out of the coffee shop.

Ptolemy was really glad to see the other smile at him but in his opinion the other looked a bit cute when he blushed though this was the first time he saw the other blush. He couldn't wait to got out with Hiei and he was glad that he met someone like him. When he got home to tell his parents about the day he had oh he just couldn't wait to tell them. "Okay," He replied in a low voice with smile on his face.

He was just so happy that he could be with Hiei even if the other didn't know that he wasn't just human but part something else. Maybe when the time was right Ptolemy would tell Hiei about being part Wizard and that's why he was quite tall. When he heard the other say that he would make it a night that he wouldn't forget Ptolemy's heart suddenly skipped a couple of beats. Not only because of what the other had told him but the feel of the other's lips agains his own. When Hiei got up to leave Ptolemy followed his every move with his eyes and when he saw the other smile back at him he couldn't help but smile back as well.

Hiei couldn't help but chuckle a bit at seeing the other smile back at him before he left the coffee shop. He slowly made his way down the streets, his hands in his pockets. The wind had finally calmed down, but it was enough to make Hiei's bangs sway a bit in the breeze. His crimson orbs flickered a bit, but he felt everyone watching him. He was use to it. After all, he was the lead singer of his band. He was not just a singer and the mananger of his band, but also the owner of his own auto shop and also he owned his own club. Maybe later tonight, if it's not too late, I will take him to my club to hear one of our gigs.

He could sense that some where his fans and they seemed a bit jealous at what they just say their favorite singer of Death Angel doing with someone that wasn't part of the band. But of course it was their own opinion and he does have a life and if he wants to settle down, then he will. He didn't care. They should be happy for him that he was actually starting to like someone, even though he just met Ptolemy. He couldn't wait for tonight, but that would mean he would have to go through his closets to get all spiced up. He walked towards his house and unlocked the door, which he was greeted by three dogs. Two pit bulls named Romeo, Cosmo and a Pharaoh Hound, Anubis. "Hi boys. Easy now.". He said as he shut the door and gave them food, before putting them outside. It was only a couple of hours before he picked up his date after a two year long wait....

Ptolemy waited a couple of minutes after Hiei left him before he decided to get up. He walked toward the door of the cafe and opened it. He felt a little refreashed after stepping outside even though the wind calmed down. He turned to walk down the street towards his house of course it was in the forest out the outskirts of town but it didn't bother him a bit. He had just realized he had forgotten to tell the other where he lived. Would the other be able to figure it out? He wasn't sure it would have been luck if he did.

When he got home he was greeted by his older brother, Khufu and younger brother, Akhenaten. They greeted their brother warmly with great smiles on their faces. "What's wrong," Ptolemy seemed a bit confused about what they were smiling about. "Oh nothing," Akhenaten had said grabbing Ptolemy's arm and dragging him into the house. Of course Ptolemy couldn't wait to go on his date with Hiei it made him really happy. He walked into his bedroom and closed the door. He tried to find something to wear pretty quickly so that no one would ask what he was doing...but he was interupted by Khufu. "I see. Are you going out tonight," He asked with smirk on his face. Ptolemy knew he could lie to him, he seemed to know everything. "Yes." Ptolemy replied shyly. "Hmm...so you don't want me say anything right?" "That's right." Ptolemy looked away from Khufu. "Okay I wont. Just go out the back and they'll never know." Khufu said walking out of the room. Once Ptolemy was ready he waited for Hiei even though it was a couple of hours it seemed like years.

The phone rang within 30 minutes of Hiei returning home. He picked up and started to talk with Kyle, whom was actually two houses down from Ptolemy. "What? Are you sure?". He said slightly, but sighed lightly. Damn it.... This wasn't good at all. Something was going on within his band. This was not happening. On his cell phone, he dialed Ryan's number. Kyle screaming on the house phone. Man, being a manager of a band sucked majorly at times. Within another half an hour, everything was settled. Hiei collasped on the couch, just with his boxers on. He groaned and slightly clawed at his face a bit, trying to get rid of the sweat that was forming on his body. Why was he so damn nervous now? The dogs were back from outside and already sleeping and here he was having a major break down.

Within a few moments, he took a deep breath of cool air, before he stood up and walked towards the bathroom. He slid into the shower, letting the cold water run over his body. Within 5 minutes he was out and started to slip on his clothes. He had black shoes on, his tux pants, a light blue shirt underneath with his black tux over it. He fixed it slightly, he took off all his jewlery, but one earring in his left ear. He wore Ax mixed in with Tag, which of course was his favorite deorderant and cologne. He smiled lightly and slowly walked out of the house with something within his hand. Within a few moments, right on time, he stopped at Ptolemy's house. He wasn't sure what door he would be coming out of or if he wasn't even coming.

He looked around a bit and then got out of the car quietly and slowly walked up the stairs and knocked on the door. A two roses (one black, one red) was within his right hand and he waited for the door to open. He was trying to hard to keep himself calm and collected. His heart was beating a mile a minute and the thing he didn't want to get was him having a fainting spell...hell he didn't want either of them to have a fainting spell...
