Jixin frowned. "I don't trust you...You're young and young people like to play with buttons. You'll hit something by accident...and we'll die," he said in deadpan.

Gabby pouted sadly. "You're mean. I don't like you anymore!" he stated before hugging Dami, hiding his face in his mate's shoulder

Damijan scowled at Jixin who shrugged. "What? So, you wanna die on this ship? Fiiiine...He can go into the cockpit," he said with an almost pained expression before sighing. "Just no touching any big red buttons or anything like that, okay? I've had bad experiances."

Gabby jumped up with an expectant grin. "Really?! Woo!" He gave Jixin a brief hug of thanks before skipping into the cockpit and taking a seat in the chair he'd been in before. He swiveled the chair around as he looked around the room. "I wish I had a camera," he muttered under his breath.

Damijan followed after his mate and sat in the next chair. "What did you just say?" he asked, tilting his head to the side.

Gabby smiled, tilting his head to look over at Dami. "I said, 'I wish I had a camera'. I wish I could take pictures of all this stuff. It's so cool!"

"Um...Why would you want a picture? I mean, you'll probably see the insides of a ship hundreds of times after this. Bigger ships even...," Dami said, tilting his head to the otherside now in confusion.

Gabby's eyes widened. "Really?! Bigger ones!? When!?!" He was perched on the edge of his seat, staring at his mate with awed eyes.

Damijan laughed and ruffled Gabriel's hair. "Sit back down. It's obviously not right this minute," he said. "If we go with my family during their vacation, we'll probably go on a cruiser. That's top stuff right there."

Gabby grinned. "Really? That sounds cool! I can't wait!" He stood and moved over to sit on Dami's lap. He wrapped his arms around his mate's neck and kissed him. "I can't wait 'til we get there and I get to meet your crazy family," he said, a soft smile on his face.

The following days passed in a blur. The only time they stopped was at Jeskara as planned. Not much happened there except for them giving back the one-person ship that Damijan "borrowed" from one of his friends there. Gabriel seemed awed by the place and a little intimidated, but nothing serious. They got back on the ship and started the journey to Parinenai. As Merp predicted, they arrived with the next four days...

There was a loud banging on what had become Dami and Gabby's room. Jixin was on the other side, pounding it with a smile. "'Wake up, wake up!' the older Wizard said. 'Rise and shine! Get out of bed!' Come on! Move your lazy bums! We're home!"

Gabby sat up quickly. He smiled widely before turning to the still-sleeping Dami and shaking his shoulders. "Dami! Dami, wake up! We're here! Come on! Come on!" He couldn't wait to see what this 'Parinenai' had in store. Jeskara and been so amazing, that he couldn't wait to see where it was that his Dami lived.

Damijan blindly reached for a blanket and began pulling it over his head. "That's..." Yawn. "...Nice." It took him a moment to realize what his mate said and he suddenly sat up. "Oh! We're here!"
