Dami sulked for a second, tightening his clutch on Gabriel. "So what now?" he asked.
Merp grinned as Jixin put the control's on auto after a momen. With all the controls being under Merp's control, the older Wizard turned in his chair, pushing a button to make a table appear. "Now we either talk, play cards, or...something else. What do you want to do, kid?" he asked Gabby.

Gabby shrugged. "I don't care. You'll have to teach me the card games; I don't really know anything besides Go Fish and Egyptian War."

Merp laughed in his screen and shook his head. "'I don't care' isn't an answer! You're our guest. Well...Actually, now you're family. Isn't that right, Jixi? Isn't that what you told me?" the AI asked.
Jixin nodded with a small smirk in Gabriel's direction. "He's right, you know. You have to choose...because you're the 'noob' here," the Wizard said before laughing slightly at the word. "Besides we don't care what we do either as long as we're doing something. If you want, you can teach us card games from Earth or something."
Damijan just laughed.

Gabby smiled. "Okay! Hand me a deck and I'll show you guys how to play Egyptian War! It's my favorite game, but my sisters never want to play with me!"

Jixin handed his brother's mate a pack and soon they were involved in a 'heated' game of Egyptian war. The two brothers were losing horribly, but it was all fun. Besides, it seemed like Gabriel was having fun and it was better then sitting around and doing nothing.

Gabby smacked a hand on the discard pile and giggled. "Yey! I'm winning again!... You guys aren't letting me win, are you? I hardly ever win this game!"

Damijan eyed him suspiciously for a second. "...You always lose?" he asked sceptically. His mate was too good to lose at this. Gabriel wasn't just trying to make him feel better, was he?
Merp laughed, pointing at them. "You guys are beginners. Remember?" he asked, still giggling.

Gabby giggled. "Yey! I'm the expert with this game now! I feel special!" He clapped once before taking his turn. He sighed happily. "I really like this game, it's fun!"

The brothers looked at each other and smiled, shrugging. They turned back again and played. Time passed and the final score was this: Gabriel won 8, Jixin won 3, Damijan won 1...
Dami looked down at his cards and sulked. "I think I prefer cooking thhings for fun..."

Gabby gave a sad pout. "Aw, it's okay. Hey, we'll gang up against Jixin and then you can win some! It's fun once you start winning!"

Jixin looked down his cards and then back up. "You can't gang up on me! That'd be unfair! I only one three games myself!" Dami snickered and kissed Gabriel's head standing up.
"Don't worry," he said. "I'll sit this one out and make some food for us. It's fine, really...Cards have never been my strong-point."

Gabby pouted pathetically. "B-but... It's not as fun with only two players!" He sighed dejectedly and let his shoulders slump. "Alright, fine. Jixin, we can play something else- regular War maybe?" he mumbled softly.

Dami looked at Gabriel and his heart nearly broke. "Fine, fine...You'll all starve, but I'll play," he muttered. "That was a cheap shot, babe." Shaking his head, he smiled slightly and shrugged. "Deal me in, I guess."

Gabby smiled softly, kissing his mate before dealing out all the cards. After the game was over, quite awhile later, Gabby let them stop. He followed Dami to the kitchen and sat on the countertop. "So, what are you going to make?"

Damijan glanced over with a small smirk. "What makes you think you're getting anything? I told you you'd all starve," he explained, teasing with as straight a face as he could. He couldn't hold that expression though and began laughing. "Nevermind. I'm making a dish called 'Fillamin'. It's pretty good, but it's not an Earth food. Hope you don't mind or are allergic to anything I use..."
