Annon snorted in disbelief. Now this was something he would dearly like to see. He chuckled dryly, thinking Rana had a lot of catching up to do if that was what he intended. He hadn't even gotten the most basic of those conditions into place... not that Annon would allow them of course. He had no need to be spoilt. "Good luck there."

Annon glanced at Rana in surprise unsure of what to say to that... if he was honest he would have to say that he already felt something for Rana but he didn;t know if it was love... was afraid to admit to such. He shook his head. "I was refering to the seduction attempts, spoiling attempts and the rather high goal of taking ovr the world." He retorted dryly.

Annon shook his head unable to keep from smiling at Rana's childish logic. "If taking over the world were so simple, then someone would have done it a long time ago... if I deserved to be spoiled someone would have done it a long time ago... leave it be... now I believe you promised to fed me?" Annon attempted to distract Rana from the conversation they wer having glancing at Lynx for assistance.

Annon watched Rana waiting fpr permission. He didn't know what was acceptable here and what was not and so... he decided the safest recourse was to take his cue from Rana.*

Annon smiled wryly unwilling to admit to the thrill and warmth that Rana's posessive statement brought on. He got up following after Rana and slipping his hand into Rana's deliberatly looking to the side least Rana pick up on his awkward embarressment.

Rana was all puffed up with pride, staying close to Annon. A few passersby noticed that the human was unclaimed, but said nothing. Rana looked very capable of hurting anyone who tried to steal his chosen mate away. Lynx and Coon were also walking hand in hand. A few zercans with young kits came to congratulate the happy couple.
They brought Annon to the zercan equivalent of a little neighbourhood cafe. The pregnant zercan was cooed over again and a few gave Rana and Annon curious looks. A little kit just old enough not to be fuzzy anymore looked up at them curiously. "Are you mates?"

Annon jerked in surpise dropping Rana's hand in his embaressment and shuflfling awkwardly. He scowled at the kit and Rana before turning away and walking into the cafe. He groaned as he sunk down onto a random seat. He had really blown it this time and was dryly congratulating himself. He was supposed to bge the diplomat here and he had gone and stormed off in awkwardness. He really wanted to just sink into a hole in the ground round about now... all this because of a kids random question. One he had not known how to answer.

Rana picked the kit up. "He's my almost mate," he confided. "I'm still trying to convince him. He's not from around here" The kit nodded sagely. Rana returned the kit to his parents, then slid into the seat next to Annon, cat-like, rubbing up against him and purring.
