Audley nodded, smiling from the little kisses. Then he remembered he didn't really want to go back to bed. Cameron was right though. He couldn't be sleepy when they had to walk back to the city. Nothing was going to jump through the window.
The teen shuffled his feet a moment before smiling shyly and saying good night. He couldn't help glancing out the window briefly on the way to his bed. Curling up under the blankets again he smiled over at his mate again.

"Love you. G'nigh'," Cameron called to the other as another yawn had passed through him. Now that he had been assured that there wasn't anything to worry about and Aud had returned to his own bed, he sunk back down to the matress and turned back over onto his side to return the other's smile. He would've been willing to stay awake for the rest of the night just looking over at the other, but it seemed the rest of his body was unwilling to do so as his eyes soon slipped shut again and he fell back into sleep.

The next morning was not bright and sunny. There was no sun on Jeskara. But an internal clock told Audley that it was time to wake up. After him and Cameron had said good night a second time it took him awhile to fall asleep, but he did. He snuggled against his pillow for a moment, still feeling sleepy. After a few minutes though he knew he had to wake up.
The teen sat up slowly, looking over at Cameron who was still sleeping. He crawled out of bed to Rhys', which was Cammy's at the moment. "Cammy," he said gently. "It's time to wake up," he added.

Never in his life had Cameron owned an alarm clock. When he'd been in school, his mother, who always seemed to beat the sun to rising of a morning, had served as an alarm clock for the rest of his family. Even when he moved out on his own, he'd never had much of a need for an alarm. He had just fallen asleep and woke up whenever he was good and ready to. He was too used to waking up on his own terms to be immediately responsive whenever his mate urged him back to consciousness, slowly opening his eyes before closing them again and muttering some sort of nonsense that was supposed to mean 'Just five more minutes'.
Whenever his mind came to full realization just who it was trying to get him up and where he was, he opened his eyes again and slowly started into motion. Pushing himself up to try and avoid going right back to sleep, he yawned before giving Audley a still-half-asleep grin.
"Good morning," He mumbled, looking to the window. Even though he knew he was on Jeskara, it was still weird to think of a morning with no bright sunlight seeping through the curtains.

Audley laughed lightly. "Good morning to you too," he responded. His gave followed the other's to the window. It still bothered him to think that something could jump through there at any moment. He sat on the edge of the bed and smiled at his mate.
"You aren't a morning person, are you?" he asked amusedly. "If that mumbling was anything to go by...."

"Well, I wouldn't say so. I'd say this is roughly the time I'd usually go to sleep. But, I'm just not all here whenever I first wake up," He replied teasingly, even though he knew what the other technically meant. Still, though, he wasn't someone that could've been easily classified as 'not a morning person'. As long as he got at least five or six hours in, he was good to go for the rest of the day. Feeling the need to have the other closer to him, the half-breed moved over a bit towards him and then gently pulled him into his lap, arms slipping around his stomach with his head resting on the other's back.
"So, what's on the schedule for today?" Cameron asked quietly, closing his eyes again though he continued listening. His mate was quite the comfortable little pillow, and cute to boot.

Audley rested his arms on Cameron's, smiling slightly. "Well, you have to meet the rest of my family, I have to talk to the leader, and then we... leave," he said, ending softly. "I'll have to gather all my things... well not all my things, traveling with all that would be unresonable," he said. "Some things. Important things," he murmured, stroking his mate's hand with his thumb lightly.

"Sounds like a good plan to me," The other murmured, reluctantly opening his eyes again. It was so nice to be able to hold onto his mate like this, making him a bit more disappointed that they hadn't been able to sleep together the night before. It would work out whenever they got back to the ship, though. Cameron had been given his own room out of the three small ones the ship had and, thankfully, it had been fitted with a Queen-sized bed. There would be plenty of room for the both of them whenever they went to bed again.
"I don't want to get up, though," He fake whined, nuzzling a cheek softly against the other's back, "You're too comfortable."

Audley grinned. "I am too comfortable?" he asked. "I am the one sitting on you mister. Shouldn't I be more comfortable than you?" he asked, relaxing against his mate some more. He didn't want to get up either.
((Too short -.- ))

"No way. You're much more comfortable than I could ever be," Cameron smiled against the other's back, lazily stretching up to playfully nip the outer shell of Aud's ear, "It's because you're cute. Cute things are more comfortable than something that's just drop-dead gorgeous, like me, even though they're comfortable in their own way, too. It's not that I'm saying you're not gorgeous, though, 'cause you are, but you're so wonderful you can pull them both off at the same time."
(( No problem. XD' Mine's short, too. Sorry! ))

Audley blushed lightly, totally flattered and totally embarrassed at the same time. "Oh?" he murmured. He wasn't sure what to say to that. Usually he didn't talk about this type of thing, not being the flirty type of guy. Not to mention Cameron had nipped at his ear. Nipped. Just thinking about it made him blush darker than when it actually happend. He couldn't imagine how red he was going to be when they actually... um... did more stuff.
"Am I really that cute?" he murmured. "I never thought of myself as "cute". My nephews are cute. But I, um, I never thought an older person could be cute. You and your family use that word a lot though."

"Of course you're cute," Cameron gave him a strange look, though it was obviously missed as the boy was faced away from him. He'd never thought of himself as cute? How could he miss something so obvious? "You're the cutest person I've ever met in my life. My family.. Well, Mom and Keiran in particular are just the type that make a point of it to announce whatever cute things or people they see, so there's really not much other explanation for them."
As much as he wanted to stay in the room and talk with his mate all day, he knew they would have to get up sooner or later. With a sigh, he reluctantly stood up--pulling the other up with him and setting him back on his feet--and stepped around Aud so that he could see the other's face.
"Is everyone else awake by now, or are you just the type that has to be the first awake?" He asked with a half-smile before giving the other a short kiss.

Audley returned the kiss happily. When they pulled away he shook his head slightly. "No," he answered, smiling a little. "That's actually my grandfather. But everyone else should be awake by now. I think we actually slept in...," he murmured thoughtfully. He shrugged, not knowing the exact time.
"Let's get dressed first, okay? And then we can have breakfast and go over to my brother's home. Are you going to wear what you wore yesterday? Or do you want to borrow something of Rhys'?" he asked. Though it would be less borrowing because they wouldn't see the other boy in such a long time.

"Slept in? Hmph. Story of my life," He shook his head, his gaze landing on the clothes he had been wearing yesterday folded neatly on the floor.
"I'll just wear what I wore yesterday. I wouldn't want to run off with a set of your brother's clothing. I can just change whenever we get back to the city," He slowly pulled away and stepped back to the bed, reaching down to pick up the clothing. Normally, he would've began changing right away, buit instead he looked over to his mate with a slightly teasing look on his face, "Are we still going to do this turning around thing?"

Audley nodded shyly and then walked over to his dresser. He picked out some appropriate traveling clothes. And by that he meant his favorite, of course. It consisted of tight, tough black pants and a sort of weird overalls thing. They were long shorts that buckled up and a long sleeved jacket all in one. It might not have been the easiest thing to get out of but the material was easy to move around in. The black fur around the collar was his favorite part of the clothing. It was very soft and warm.
He trurned around, making a motion with his hand so that Cameron would turn. His mate did and this time the teen did first thing as well. Aud didn't know why he was being so silly about this changing in front of eachother thing. He had already seen the half Zercan shirtless twice. Maybe it was a self-conscious thing and he just didn't want to be disappointed if his mate was?
"Done," he said said softly, tightning the buckle on his shorts. He waited for his mate to say something before he would turn around as well.
