Ssitris looked up from where he was reading Celrie's palm, which was easy to do now that his system was back in check...excluding the pain from his injuries. He smiled and was about to tell him, but instead he shut his mouth, catching the scent that was obviously becoming overly associated in his life.
It hurt.
And for some reason, it wasn't just the fact that he'd been raped, but....there was something else. He could feel it rising inside of him, anger and sorrow.

Celrie too looked up. The vampire was good at reading his friend, and picking smells out from the air. The fact the color had entered Xemas' cheeks now, gave it away. He looked at Ssitris, biting his lip. It was the dying sparkle in the mans eyes that gave him away and made Celrie embarassed.
Xemas looked between both of them, raising a brow. "What? Celrie don't look at me like that, it scares me. What's wrong?" Eravan shifted in his chair, the anger from the two life-bearers practically radiating off of them.
The older vampire voted for staying out of it and merely crossed his arms, hand covering his mouth as he observed. With the way that nurse had been acting, it wasn't hard to know why Xemas had disappeared for nearly half and hour.

Ssitris dropped Celrie's hand and laid back, shifting carefully to curl up on his side. "...I'm not feeling well..." he said, voice wavering as he tried not to let the hurt get to him. "Can you guys...just leave me alone for a bit...?"
He wasn't sure why he wanted to just lay there and cry. Images of the night at the club came back to him, and he tried pushing them away, only to have them replaced with those of Xemas with someone else. And enjoying it. Both hurt, and he found that he couldn't shut his eyes against it.
He sniffled, but tried his hardest not to let the tears welling in his eyes fall.

Celrie gave him a sad look and stood. "Sure thing sweaty." He leaned down to push back blonde hair. "Don't worry. He's a dead incubus." He tried a smile and stood upright, back stiff. "Come on Xemas. We'll visit later. Ssitris isn't feeling well and it's no fair to stick around and not let him get rest." "Uh..." Xemas rubbed his head. "Alright. Um...see you tomorrow I guess..." He shoved his hands in his pockets, fingers brushign the paper. Eravan stood. "Sleep well. You'll need it if you have to deal with the midget," he smiled and ushered the two shorter beings out the door. Celrie had the decency to wait until they were in the elevator before he exploded. "You insensitive ass! What business do you have sneaking off and screwing around with some slut while you're supposed to be visiting Ssitris?!?!" He shoved the incubus, sending Xemas scrabbling for a hold. "Celrie...what the hell!" He growled, holding himself up with the wall bar. The vampire glared bloody murder, hands fisted white on his hips. "You know what!! You come strutting back in the room smelling of sex and that...that whore of a nurse! How do you think that made Ssitris feel? " Xemas' brow furrowed. "Nothing! Why would he? Besides, i need to fucking eat somehow, that nurse was willing. I didn't hear Ssitris offering." Celrie smacked him across the head. "Shut up, ass. You're going back tonight with a cake, and apologizing. Or else i'll make sure you can never have sex again, understand?!" The elevator dinged and the angry vampire life-bearer strode out, angry rushing off of him. "I pity you," Xemas bit out, following only when Eravan chuckled, calling for his mate-to-be to wait up.

Alone finally, Ssitris whimpered and began to cry freely. "I'm so stupid..." he mumbled. "Of course he's not interested....you're all liars....all of you...!!" He sobbed, pulling the sheets up around his shoulders as if they could block out the world. "It's not as if he'd want me even if I did like him.... besides...he had fun with that nurse...I should be happy...but...but..." he trailed off and stared out the dark window at the lights below, simply letting his tears damped the pillow beneith his cheek.

Xemas was chewed out the whole way home. He couldn't shut the vampire up, even for a second. It was like...he'd done something wrong...That flash of guilty hurt came back and he sighed. It wasn't really wrong but....Damn...
Celrie wouldn't talk to him the entire time he bustled around baking a chocolate cake. Xemas tried to explain but the life-bearer told him off again. Finally, the cake was finished and Celrie wrapped up three large pieces in aluminum foil. "Take these to Ssitris. If i hear you didn't apologize...well, i'm sure you've got the gist." Xemas was promptly shoved out of the apartment and told not to return until Ssitris had called with a good report.
He sighed and scuffed his sneakers on the ground, making his way to the hospital. Hey! He still had M'lon's clothes to give back, and the fuzzy socks....they were still in the cleaning closet of the lobby...

Ssitris had finally calmed down thanks to M'lon and Ryle who came to visit before M'lon's shift started. Ryle of course, made sure to keep the blonde company for a while and watched a movie with him, hoping to cheer him up.
Ssitris was glad for the company. Ryle was the only sane person he knew before he met Celrie and Eravan. It was like having an older life-bearer around as part of tha family. Well...technically as soon as Ryle and M'lon had a child he WOULD be family...
M'lon had of course, gone off to begin his rounds, but gave extensive orders to the front desk and the security gaurds that if anyone matching Xemas' discription entered the building, he was to be notified before the boy got to Ssitris' room.

Xemas pushed the doors of the hospital open and walked in, head down. It was quiet and the person at the front desk was giving him wierd looks. He slipped to the closet and grabbed the bag with M'lon's clothes and the socks for Ssitris.
He felt like everyone was watching him or something and closed the closet, heading for the elvators. Now which room again....oh, he knew! Hopefully Ssitris was still awake...

When Xemas emerged from the elevator and turned to open Ssitris' door, M'lon was there along with Yeest. The two had their arms folded over their chests, eyes narrowed and jaws clenched. They looked like a pair of bouncers or royal guards or something. Either way, neither seemed happy at all.
"Well well, Yeest. Look who'd come to visit the baby."
"Hm? The slutty kid?"
"But of course! How'd you know??"
"The stench. I could smell his reeking corpse the second he entered the hospital."
"You think he did it?"
"Of course!"
"Yeest, be a good big brother and tell me what we do to little maggots who make out baby brother cry?"
Yeest cracked his knuckles. "Oh, I'm sure you can figure it out just fine."
Both stepped foreward as one unit and grabbed one arm each, hoisting the teenager up off the floor and dragging him into the empty room across the hall.

Xemas paused when met with the two brothers, fear crawling a slow path into his stomach. It wasn't a nice feeling at all....The brothers were way taller and...The incubus didn't even get a chance to speak. He dropped both the cake-which he'd taken care not to mess up before-and the clothes back.
What was everyone's deal?!?! And what was with them not letting him get a word in edgewise!!! "What the fuck? Let me go, damn it," he hissed, trying not to show his fear, struggling.

They easily tossed him into the room, M'lon shutting the door tightly behind them. Yeest smirked as he pulled his leather gloves on, the metal studs on the knuckles glistening in the light. M'lon simply rolled his dress shirt sleeves up and unbuttoned the top three buttons of his shirt.
"Easy." Yeest started. "You see, we love making fun of Ssitris, y'know? Because he's such a little cry baby and a whimp, clumsy and all. But, what you don't seem to get it that only we are allowed to make him upset. It's a brother thing."
"When I got here," M'lon started. "Guess what I found in Ssitris' room? Him bawling his eyes out. It took Ryle half of a movie to get the story from him. And the only words out of his mouth were 'Xemas' and 'hurt'. So forgive us if we jump to conclusions---"
"M'lon. SHUT UP." Yeest grumbled, causing his younger sibling's mouth to snap shut. "Anyway, kiddo. Looks like we're gonna have to teach you a lesson. No one messes with Ssitris and gets away with it. Even that club owner hardly got away. Which reminds me...isn't he somewhere in the hospital in the ICU wing?"
M'lon nodded. "Yeah...I don't think he'll be waking up anytime soon. Must have crushed his face too much...got to his brain..."
Yeest laughed and walked over to Xemas, reaching down and picking him up the his shirt's collar. "Well, let's see what we can do about this one, eh?"

Xemas glared defiantly, pushing at the mans hands. "Let me go freak. I didn't do anything wrong." Inside, he was a whimpering little child, trying to get away. Too bad he co9uldn't quite touch the ground....His feet searched for the ground, sneakers barely reaching.

"As if." he growled angrilly, pulling back his fist and bringing it down to hit the kid in the face.
The door burst open and Ryle stood there, "Yeest and M'lon C'lada!! Drop that boy right now!" he pouted.
Yeest grumbled. "Shut up, will ya?! You're just as bad as my mother!"
Ryle scurried over and began tugging at the kid's body. "C'mon, put him down! It really isn't worth it!! Ssitris hates it when you two do stuff like this!!" When Yeest simply began tugging back, the life-bearer gave his best puppy-dog face to his near-mate. "M'lon------------!" he whined, voice high-pitched and squeaky. "I like him!! Please make Yeest put him down!!!!"
M'lon was torn. Either he risk his own brother's wrath and seem like a whipped wimp, or he slept on the couch for a year and listened to Ryle's constant whining for the rest of his days.
The former seemed the less of the two evils. "Yeest, put him down."
Yeest huffed and dropped the teen, making a noise like a whip, causing his brother to scowl. "Whatever. But you'd better watch it kid." he sneered. "Or next time I won't listen." And with that, he turned on his heel, leaving the room with M'lon who had to get back to work anyway.
The crowd at the door scattered, dissapointed that the fight had been stopped, but glad all the same. The C'lada boys were known to get a little too brutal when they fought together. And no one liked cleaning up after them.
Ryle sighed, "Oh, Xemas. You sure got yourself into trouble, didn't you?" he asked like a tired mother before helping him up and dusting him off. "Ssitris was really upset, you know."

"I didn't know," he straightened his shirt, brow furrowed. "Until those two oafs tried to kick my ass..." He sighed and deflated. "I don't see what's wrong...what did I do?? I freaking bring cake for ssitris, to make him feel better because Celrie won't even speak two civil words to me, I brought him fuzzy socks because he likes them...." he tugged on his hair, standing straight.
His near brush with death made him shakey. "I just....was he really crying?" He felt really guilty, but he wasn't sure why. The incubus stepped out into the hall with Ryle, bending to pick up the ruined slices of cake and the clothes bag.

Ryle sighed and folded his arms nodding. "Yes. Ssitris is really sensitive. He tries not to be, but he gives in so easily. That's why his parents never let him leave the house. I'm actually suprised they haven't stormed the hospital and forced him to go home yet. When I found out that you and those other two were his friends, I was really happy. He needs to socialize. But after this...I'm not really sure anymore."
