Lost (Kai/Alex)

[Alex Nephel]

A smile light up Alex’s face when Kai said he forgave him. “Yeah, I forgive you. Everyone’s allowed to be mad once in awhile, right?” he said. “And about the food…well, you could be still mad at me and not give me any food because you’re evil,” he said, giggling and sticking out his tongue at the other.

(Hahaha! We got 17 pages! Woot!)

“Yes everyone’s allowed to get mad once in while.” Kai said as he looked at the younger teen underneath of him for a moment. He raised a brow at what his mate had said. Was he really ‘evil’? The vampyre didn’t know for a fact if he was. “Oh really,” he questioned lightly still with a brow raised.

(Yes it’s a very good accomplishment for us. ^w^)

Alex giggled again and nodded his head, or as much as he could while still laying on the ground. A silly grin grew on his face as he started his tale of ‘The Evil Kai Person.’ “Yep, you sneak up on innocent, unsuspecting victims and knock them out. Then you drag them into a creepy dark cave and do…evil…things…to him.”

His eyes darted around the place as he started to run out of things to say. Before Kai could say anything, the boy started up again. “Oh, oh, oh! And…and you tie them to a chair and make them starve to death. And…uh…you go all ‘grrrr’ and evil like on them and scare the crap out of them!” As he finished his tale, he started giggling and couldn’t seem to stop. It was a funny picture imagining all that.

Kai looked at the younger teen wondering why he was grinning the way he was. He really had no idea until he said something about him sneaking up on unsuspecting victims. The vampyre looked at him for a moment on why he would do that to a person just because his mate said he would. He raised a brow for a moment until he chuckled lightly at it.

After the story Kai couldn’t help but laugh lightly at it, it was a pretty stupid story but funny. “Oh I see so you like the kinky things, don’t you?” he said jokingly to Alex. Of course that was a pretty stupid thing to say but he couldn’t help it, it was just the way the younger teen made him seem.

(We are going to have a party?)

“Yep,” Alex said with a smile, even though he had no clue what Kai had meant. He giggled again as he replayed his story in his head. The boy looked over to the kitchen and remembered why he was here in the first place. Food. He peered at Kai with innocent eyes. “So, uh, what about the food? Or are you going to be evil again,” he joked.

“Yeah you get your food but we’re skipping desert because I already have mine…and it’s you.” Kai said getting off of Alex. He sat on the set beside the younger teen for a moment before stretching and standing up and looking at his mate. The vampyre shook his head for a moment before he began to walk down the stairs.

(I see. Yeah that was a pretty amazing story. ^w^)

Alex pouted when Kai had said he couldn’t have dessert. After Kai was out of hearing distance, but you could still see him, he got up and slowly walked to his mate. “But I like dessert,” he muttered as in inspected the oh so interesting floor. “And how am I going to be dessert. I don’t think I taste that good.”

The boy bit his finger in attempts to test his theory and winced, quickly pulling it away. He held his poor finger that luckily didn’t have any blood, just teeth marks. “Neh, he probably won’t actually eat me.” Literally, Alex is correct but figuratively…well, that depended if Kai wanted to or not.

(Yeah! You bet it is! It should be turned into a novel...heh, a one page novel, if that XD)

Kai sat back down at his place at the table. His parents looked at him for a moment before smiling at him. He raised a brow lightly at what his parents were smiling about until he heard his mate say something though couldn’t quite make it out. The vampyre looked at the boy for a moment trying to figure out what he had said but then turned back to his food on the table.

Kai looked back at the younger teen again after his bit himself. He didn’t understand why the boy even bit himself in the first place. The vampyre just shook his head before going back to his food. “Well, I hope you don’t mind eating meat unless you have a problem with it,” he said lightly before taking a bit.

(Oh yeah. Actually I don’t think it would even be a page with how much he said.)

Before he knew it, Alex was at the kitchen table, surrounded by Kai’s family. The boy immediately dropped his hand and tensed. It was the first time that he actually met his mate’s family. Well, he’d sort of meet them, when they jumped out at him and Kai during their…alone time. This was more formal and he hopped to make a good first impression.

“Um…uh…I…uh…hi,” Alex said meekly, giving them a small wave before sitting down. All of his energy from before sapped, leaving him extremely nervous and tense. He turned back to Kai and nodded. “Yeah…uh…meat’s fine.”

(Well, it could be page...if it was in a really big font...)

Kai’s parents smiled lightly at the young boy next to their son. Sure the boy looked really cute the way he acted but they just continued to eat. Kai looked over at his mate with a faint smile on his face. “Well…that’s good to hear.” He said lightly before giving Alex a plate with food on it. “Go ahead and eat it,” the vampyre said with a smile on his face.

“Well I’d like to know what your name is,” Ryuga asked lightly taking a bit of his food. It wasn’t the first time that he had seen the boy but he had no idea what the boy’s name was. Kai looked at his father blinking lightly at the question that was asked of his mate. Though he thought it was best just the let his father do as he wished there was no sense arguing with him.

(Yeah if you just use really big font though I don’t think it would sell very well. ^w^;;

Alex took a little piece of meat and nibbled on it as he looked around the table. It was quite intimidating having everyone stare at you, judging you to see if you were good enough for their son/brother. Though by their posture, the boy could tell that they weren’t really doing as he imagined. He was just paranoid and a nervous wreck.

The boy jumped nearly fell out of his seat when he hear Kai’s dad talk. He blinked at tilted his head to the side. That’s right! They didn’t know his name yet. “Uh, Alex sir. Alex Nephel,” he said quietly, nibbling on his piece of meat.

(Aw, I think it'd be a great book! XD)

Ryuga smiled lightly at hearing the boy speak though he wasn’t quite sure why he seemed so shy. Kai looked over at the younger teen next to him for a moment before moving his hand and placed on the teen’s leg. It was kind of the vampyre’s way of saying ‘don’t worry about it.’ Of course he did have ulterior motives for that hand of his but hoped his mate wouldn’t realize it.

(Well if it ever happens let me know. XD)

Alex stopped eating his food and blinked when he felt a hand on his leg. He traced the hand to its owner, Kai, and smiled, glad to have some type of support from his mate. The boy had no idea of any other alternative motive. With a secret smile, he went back to nibbling slowly on his food. Most of the family was almost done, only Alex was slightly slagging behind with barely half of his food finished. Saying he was a slow eater didn’t even come close.

Not too long after the teen had spoken them, Ryuga and Rem were finished eating. Though Malachi and Shin followed right behind them with finishing their food. Kai looked over at the younger teen beside him and smiled lightly at him. “You need to eat a little bit faster, my love.” The vampyre said lightly as he finished off his plate. Though being the nice guy that he was he decided to wait until his mate was finished eating.

“Okay, I’ll try,” Alex said, eyeing the piece of meat. He took a big chunk out of it and swallowed soon after but he hadn’t chewed enough and started to chock. Hands came flying up to his throat as he tried to cough the meat back up. He pounded his chest a few times before went down his throat. “Uh, heh, I’ll try to be more careful.”
