Manni smiled. "Okay. I guess." He kissed Lakin quickly before leaving the room.

Lakin bit his thumbnail, a nervous habit. He wasn't sure if Manni believed him or not. He didn't want his little mate to think badly of himself, there was not a thing wrong with him. Maybe he was just overreacting? But if he wasn't he didn't want to just forget about it.... He sighed heavily and left the room after a few moments.

Manni led the way through the maze-like hallways then stopped abrubtly at a corner. He turned to his mate, wrapping his arms around the others neck. "Where are we going? What do you want to do? We'll get to Pareninai sometime late tomorrow morning, so we have plenty of time to do.... nothing."

"Well...," Lakin trailed off, placing his hands on Manni's waist. "You could give me a tour of the ship," he suggested and planted a soft kiss on the boy's forehead. "Or we could go to somewhere, like your room, and do nothing," he said with a small smile. He leaned against a wall, bringing Manni with him. "You decide," he said softly.

Manni smiled as he leaned against Lakin. "Hmmm. Well..." Manni's train of thought de-railed as he stared at his mate. His mate. That still got him excited! He leaned up and captured his mate's lips with his own.

Lakin smiled into the kiss and returned it whole-heartedly. He wasn't sure what sparked Manni to this, but he wasn't complaining. During this he let his fingers trail along the boy's waist, inching up under shirt a bit. "Mmm," he mumbled and brought his little mate closer than they already were.

Manni sighed at the feeling of Lakin's hands on his skin. He placed his own palm against the other man's cheek. He tried to pull him closer but a cough behind them made him jerk away. Manni quickly turned around to see Captain standing, in all his glory, with a fist resting on his hip and his eyebrows raised.
"Oh... oh crap," he muttered to himself before stating outloud, "H-h-hey Captain. Wh-what's up?"

Lakin quickly removed his hands from under Manni's shirt, where they had been slowly going further. Manni had backed away fast and turned to see Captain. The black hair boy glanced over too. Gah, this was embarrassing!
"Oh... oh crap," he heard the brunette mumble. "H-h-hey Captain. Wh-what's up?"
"Hi Captain," Lakin said weakly, taking a deep breath he stood up straight.
Captain rolled his eyes. "I was looking for you, but it seems you're busy."

Captain grumbled angrily under his breath for a moment. "Some blasted idiot got into the Computer Mainframe a pressed some buttons or something," he sighed angrily, swearing under his breathe. "I'm not sure how he got in there, but he did! Mesk is asking for you, says I don't know nothing," he huffed.
Lakin's eyes widened at the news and he glanced over at Manni for his response.

Manni frowned at Captain. "Wh-...," he sighed in frustration. "Wh-what were you doing?! That door has a keypad with a security code known by five people! Not only that, but you can see that stupid door from your position, even if it IS out of the corner of your eye! How could you not notice someone just waltzing into a high-security room!?" he yelled. What if something really bad happened to Mesk? What is program was completely shot, would he have to start over? It took him over two years to actually complete Mesk. He didn't have it in him to have to re-do the whole AI from scratch!

Lakin looked between Manni and Captain. He could clearly tell that his mate was upset and angry. His feelings were starting to effect him as well, and it was hard to keep this experience under control. Captain look really embarrassed and sorry. "I don't know how the guy got in there. All I know is, Mesk suddenly popped up saying there was someone in the room. I didn't hear the door open, so I obviously didn't believe him but then he started freaking out...," he huffed, rubbing his eyes tiredly. "You have to go talk to Mesk while I try to find whoever it is that did this."

Manni shook his head angrily before sprinting back to the bridge. Once the door to the larger room opened Manni took control. "Alright. I want to know the name and rank of everybody that's been in this room since I left! And I want the idiot the screwed around with Mesk brought to me directly. Is that understood?!" Everyone in the room got to work the moment the humanoid finished speaking. No one messed with this boy when he was angry.
Manni stomped into the small control room and slammed the door shut behind him, secluding himself with the AI.

Lakin stayed outside the door to the bridge, trying to stay out of the way but as close to Manni as he could get. He began chewing on his thumbnail again as he watched all the people running around and working. This was really bad. Who would do something like this? Was someone trying to shut down the ship? Were they all in danger? He sighed, worrying wouldn't do any good. He sat down, making himself as small as he could so no one would tripo over him, and tried to send calm feelings to his mate. He knew the boy would need them.

Manni sighed, feeling Lakin trying to calm him down. He smiled gratefully before getting back to work. Whoever had gone in here completely screwed up the flight plan and now he had to reconstruct it all. It wasn't as bad as it could have been, but it was still serious. Someone knocked on the door and Manni opened it, showing a man with a disk in his hand.
"Sir, this is the servelence ((I can't spell, how embarressing)) video." Manni thanked him then closed the door again, shoving the disk into a drive then watched the segment of film.
