Damien smiled as he watched their interaction and moved close to Aiden, "I've got something you can 'eat' Aiden," he teased and pulled Aiden against him. "Here," he whispered and made him touch his crotch. Aiden blushed deeply wanting to pull away, but being small he was stuck in the others arms weather or not he wanted to be there. "Damien let go," he told him. "No beautiful, I like you here..."

Marcus glanced over at this, then proceeded to make his choices. That must have been what Aiden meant when he mentioned that others knew he was a 'mistress.' Did they all have to put up with that sort of harassment? Oh well, it would work out in his favor in the end. So, a little of this, a bottle of that, and he placed a few bags onto the counter in front of Damien.

"Now where did I put that wallet..." Marcus placed a hand to the hilt of his rapier and within the blink of an eye, the pointed tip was a mere inch away from Damien's nose. "I think that considering this blatant abuse of my employee, he not only deserves a free meal, but I should get a good discount on these groceries, no? What with this rude treatment toward one of your customers..."

Marcus' glare bore into Damien with an obvious hatred toward his behavior.

Damien glared and let the other go, quickly. "Sorry," he whispered as Aiden moved behind Marcus. Damien nodded weakly then sighed, "Fine, ten percent discount, and free meal for the mistress," he muttered. Aiden smiled weakly and a small meal quickly, he was happy Marcus had come to his aid. "Thank you," he told him softly in his ear, "No ones done this for me," he admitted. He was used to getting harassed everywhere, deepening on who his keeper was.

"Your cooperation is appreciated," Marcus gave a slight grin, giving Damien only a small glance at his pointed canines. While they were taking their leave, he sheathed his rapier and handed the groceries over to Aiden to carry.

"No one at all?" He questioned, having not really thought much about the action. Maybe the people here were more shallow than he had first thought. "I hate men like that who think they can do whatever they please with someone else's body." The faint sound of a primal feline growl could be heard coming from Marcus after this statement. "You mentioned a..mate? before. I've read that the people of this planet pair off as such. If you found one of those would he allow the same thing to happen?"

Aiden watched him curious and took the groceries, curious about the growl. He shook his head at the question and smiled weakly. "No," he admitted softly. "A mate gets possive even if someone looks at their mate with lust. If I had a mate he would have done the same thing you did," he murmured. He looked down as they walked, "If I deserved a mate, that is..." he whispered.

Marcus stopped to look at a shop as they were passing it, gazing into the window. It was filled with what looked like old, dusty antiquities. Old trinkets always caught his interest. Each one had a story to tell, or a specific hand-crafted design to them that you would never see in a modern piece. The sight was enough to calm his nerves and he began to walk toward his hotel again.

"Don't mutter, Aiden, I can't make out half of what you're saying," Marcus reminded the young man. "What was that last part?"

Aiden shook his head and smiled weakly, "Its nothing," he told him. Aiden quickly followed him and looked around. He still spotted mates everywhere, s lot of them making out. He did wish for a mate, but knew he didn't deserve one and would most likely never get one.
