Family background: Apollo never knew his parents, he was stolen from them when he was a few days old by a wizard. The Wizard, named Ulric, treated the boy as his son, but, despite how much he loved Apollo, the merman despised him. So, on Apollo's 11th birthday and after an especially bad argument, Ulric tried to curse to make Apollo do whatever he said, even against his deepest held morals and beliefs. But while casting the spell, the merman struck him down. The spell still took some effect, but instead of just Ulric's commands, Apollo now had to follow ANYONE who commanded him to do anything. This was five years ago. Now, Apollo is a wanderer, not staying in one place for any length of time lest someone discover his curse and use it to enslave him.

Personality: Due to his dark past, Apollo is aloof and untrusting. He loves his freedom, and the idea of becoming someone else's slave again terrifies him almost as much as death. Breaking the curse is his goal, but no luck so far.
Other points of interest: Bearer, and is practically addicted to Dr. Pepper. Also, he loves to play his small harp.
