Sweet Blood of a Mate{Suki&Denley}

Suki watched them leave, a bit confused but hurried out after them. He still stayed quiet not wanting to step over any boundaries.

[halliana]

Denley's mother continued conversating. "What are you, high?" Denley shook his head. "Nope." the bearer changed the subject and looked back at Suki. "Suki right? What kind of food do you like?"

Suki looked up surprised as he was adressed and bit his lip, "I...I'm not picky...I like a lot of different foods..."

[halliana]

Denley goes to stand beside Suki. Denley's mother nods his head. "Well that's good, cause we already have to many picky eaters."

[istaya]

Suki subconsciously moved closer to Denley as they walked, but kept looking to his mother. "Are you vampire to like Denley?" he asked curious. He did not know Denely was adopted, or that he was only half vampire.

[halliana]

Denley grinned when he noticed that Suki came closer to him. "Oh no, Denley is the only vampire here. Why do you ask?" Denley's mother replied.

[istaya]

Suki bit his lip, "I was just curious," he admitted softly. "A...aren't you his bearer though? How is he the only vampire here..."

[halliana]

Denley's mother smiled. "Its okay to be curious Hun, just as long as it doesn't get you killed." He frowned a little. "I wasn't able to have children of my own, so we adopted Denley. We probably would have adopted any way."

[istaya]

"Oh..." he whispered then looked to Denley. "That was really nice of you...when I get my mate...I want to adopt."

[halliana]

Denley's mother smiled at the two knowingly. "I'm sure your mate would grant you with whatever you want." Denley looked at Suki and felt a sting of pain and loneliness, one day Suki will find his mate and he would be left all alone.

[istaya]

Suki felt that sing as well, he knew they would be separated someday, and he did not know why that thought hurt. He moved a step closer to Denley again then looked to his bearer, "Yeah I hope so..." he smiled to the older bearer. "So um...whats for lunch?"

[halliana]

Denley pushed away the pain, he didn't want to think about how his always going to be alone. When Suki came even closer Denley wrapped an arm around his waist.

Denley's mother giggled. "It's dinner honey, you guys must have slept a long time. To answer your question, we are having steak, baked potato, fruit salad, and green beans." He listed off on his fingers.

Suki looked up to Denley when he felt that arm about his waist, he did like the way it felt. He blushed a bit at the bearer's words, "Oh...I guess we did..." his stomach growled and he flushed deeper. "I am hungry..."

[halliana]

Denley smiled. "Well we have arrived at the dinning room." He said as he opened the doors and made his way to the table. His mother sitting at one end of the long table already set with the food ready to be served.

Suki flushed as he walked in and sat, "Thanks for including me..."
