Caston resisted the urge to roll his eyes when Mika mentioned Kieran. The first born wonder child of the Aiken’s, he had money, looks, a great reputation, everything a parent could want for their child. And Caston was the other one. He sighed knowing he couldn’t blame Kieran for aiming high, it just annoyed him. But he put on a tired smile for Mika not letting his annoyance show. “I’m just tired is all…I haven’t been getting a lot of sleep lately.” That was the truth, he couldn’t lie to his Beba. He was working two jobs right now, here at the family restaurant and a part-time job at the local library, he hadn’t been giving much free time what he loved so he’d been staying up late to try and fit it all in. He’d just been able to cope but now with the news of Kieran coming down to visit little things were just getting to him.
