"Yeah, that's all," Liam agreed, casually as could be. Slowly, the white-haired half breed looked between the two of them before sighing, shaking his head.

"Whatever you say," He relented, turning and stalking off towards the exit, "I want some ice cream. Let's go to the ice cream parlor down the road."

Alex nodded and walked with Liam and Rhys to the palor. "Is the baby craving ice cream?" he asked softly.

[Ephemerality]

"Yeah," Rhys answered, and Liam snorted softly.

"It's just an excuse for him to eat crappy food," He stated, earning a light glare from his brother as they stepped inside.

"Well, I was going to offer to buy yours since you don't have a real job, but I guess I was being too thoughtful."

Alex pouted up to Liam, "But I like ice cram...its really good food..." He let go of Liams hand to skip to the counter, "Mint chocolate chip too," he told him softly.

[Ephemerality]

"Not when you're a dancer and have a figure to keep up. But then again, I guess Rhys is going to get fat anyway," Liam grinned, just enjoying the opportunity to annoy his brother.. And the white-haired boy didn't disappoint. He reached out and punched the man's arm before following Alex to the counter.

"Neapolitan. Make it a double scoop," He huffed, the poor cashier shrinking back at the bearer's snappiness.

Alex beamed to the cashier, "Don't worry sweetheart I won't let him hurt you..." he told him softly.

[Ephemerality]

It didn't take long for the cashier to get them their orders. Even with the reassurance from Alex, the young bearer didn't seem keen on making Rhys wait long at all. Once they all had their cones, the younger brother led them to a table in the corner, starting in on his ice cream as he gave the other two a thoughtful look.

"So, what is this.. thing that you all have? Because apparently, there's something," He stated, "You came out holding hands, after all. Must have done something more than watch the movie."

Alex flushed and ducked his head embarrassed, "Um...well...nothing happened ok?" he whispered, not wanting Rhys to tell Mizell.

[Ephemerality]

"Sure you didn't," Rhys answered as he ate his ice cream, smirk on his lips, "Whatever. If you don't want to tell me, that's fine. Don't exactly want to know about Liam's conquests, anyway."

Alex looked up worried at that, "Um...was there many?" he asked curious not minding that Liam was listening.

[Ephemerality]

"I wouldn't call them conquests," Liam spoke up, casually answering the question, "I'm a grown man. I've had relationships. Rhys, on the other hand.. I would call his conquests."

Alex looked to him flushing a bit, "How many?" he asked now, leaning towards Liam. He did not know why, but he was jealous.

[Ephemerality]

"Hell, I don't know? A handful?" Liam stated, shrugging a shoulder. He didn't think it was such a big deal.. But was Alex getting jealous. The thought was a bit amusing.

Alex looked away, shy, "I...I..." he stuttered. "That's a lot...I don't measure up...maybe...maybe we should not be...be together..." He did not want to stop whatever it was they were doing, but he felt incapable of being with him now that he learned what he had.

[Ephemerality]

"It's all in the past, and experience doesn't matter to me," Liam stated, quirking an eyebrow skeptically. Now, it appeared the jealousy had turned into insecurity, and it irked the man to think that the other thought he wasn't going to be satisfied with him based on such a stupid thing, "Unless you're just looking for a way out. Then by all means, don't feel obligated to make excuses."
