While the older bearer was pleased enough by simply seeing Rahal happy for once, the other majikadai's words only made the move seem that much better. It would be great to have someone to talk to, especially someone who could understand him like another majikadai could. He gave the other a genuine smile, and a nod. "I'm glad to hear it," He said, before finishing his own tea and standing.
"He did manage to show me to my room. It was just when he was showing Rahal where he would sleep that they became.. distracted," Ilija laughed, shaking his head softly, "But it would be nice to know where everything else is, if you wouldn't mind?"

"Distracted. That's a nice way of putting it," Drihan replied with a chuckle. "And not at all. Follow me please." Drihan lead the way across the living space and down the hallway with the bedrooms. He pointed out IIija's again just to be sure before he pushed open the door to the bathroom. "This is the only other bathroom in the house. The other one is in the master bedroom," Drihan explained. The guest bathroom was spacious though and there was a sunken in tub that was perfect for soaking.
"The bath in there as you can see as well as the shower." As he spoke, Drihan dug through the linen closet and pulled down a few towels for IIija before puttering to another closet where he pulled out a fresh pair of pants and a sleeping shirt. "I'd offer a pair of my boxers, but that's a little too personal, you know?" Laughing, Drihan handed the items to IIija. "Just in case you want to bathe, you have everything now. Do you know how to work the faucets? The little buggers nearly got the best of me when I first came here."

Ilija followed along, noting the location of his room again and the bathroom. Even if it was the guest bathroom, it seemed far better than having to take a bath out in the forests. In te back of his mind, he could remember taking a hot bath once when his father had brought him to the city, and the idea put another happy smile on his lips.
"Agreed," Ilija laughed at the boxer's comment, taking the towels and setting them to the side as he sized up the tub. True, it was completely foreign to him.. but how hard could it be? "I'll figure it out."

Drihan quirked a brow at IIija's confidence at working the taps. "Alright, if you insist," he inclined his head and winked playfully at IIija before heading for the door. "If you don't mind I'm gonna turn in for the night. Don't hesitate to shout if you need anything though or bang on my door or what have you. There's food in the fridge if you're hungry and the telly is in the living room." With a parting smile and a wave, Drihan bid IIija good night. He figured the male needed a little alone time to himself. A lot of bearers were like that sometimes so he'd give IIija his space.
With a yawn, Drihan meandered his way to the room he was staying in, shedding his shirt and pants on the way before he gently shut the door behind himself. It had definitely been a good evening.

Independent. That was definitely a word that described Ilija to a T, and so he was determined to figure out this bath tub deal by himself. He offered the other a pleasant 'Good night' and his thanks before he pulled off his clothing and then set about the task.. only to ponder the two different knobs for a long moment. Why have two? He tried the first, then reached out and tested the water with his hand, only for his brows to furrow at the coldness. Pulling back, he turned off the first, and tried the second, only to yank back his hand when the water scalded his fingers.
"What in the world..?" He wondered to himself aloud, "Why would you want cold water or scalding water? How do you just make it.. warm?" He grumbled, fiddling around with the knobs a bit more until he finally let out a frustrated sigh and stood up. Reaching out, he grabbed one of the towels, tying it around his waist for decency before leaving and stalking off down the hall, stopping outside of Drihan's room and knocking lightly on the door.
"Okay, so maybe I can't figure it out," He admitted sheepishly, stepping back from the door, "I hate to bother you, but could you show me?"
(Oh Ilija, you inadvertent tease.. xD)

Drihan was expecting that knock. The light in his room was still on and he'd been laying on his bed in nothing but a pair of pants as he waited for IIija to ask for help. When he opened his bedroom door, he did NOT expect to see IIija looking luscious in one of Errol's plush, terry cloth towels. IIija looked so fine in fact that Drihan had to take a second look. He didn't even bother pretending that his eyes didn't linger over IIija's neck and hips.
Eyes a shade dark from the preview, Drihan cleared his throat, silently telling himself to focus. "Yeah, of course," he grinned, wiping a bit of sweat off his forehead as he passed IIija. He hadn't reacted like this towards a bearer in a long time, not since his boyhood. It was puzzling and Dihan decided that IIija was just that hot.
"Alright, so this is how it goes," Drihan explained cheerily once they were in the bathroom again. "This is the hot knob and this ones the cold. To get the perfect temperature of a bath, you have to toggle them both at the same time. Like so." Dihan demonstrated this by turning on both knobs, and adjusting each until deliciously warm. "See? How does it feel?"

Much like the other hadn't been expecting him to be half-dressed, the same could be said for Ilija. Nor had he expected the other to so openly stare at him. The attention made the man more than a bit uncomfortable.. but not in a bad way. Helightly bit the inside of his lip before he realized his own eyes were doing a bit of wandering, snapping back up from his own little reverie as Drihan cleared his throat.
"Thanks," He murmured quietly, stepping aside to let the Giver lead the way. His eyes lingered on the other once more until they made it to the bathroom, then forced his eyes away to watch the other mess with the knobs.
"That's.. odd. And misleading," Ilija commented, stepping forward when the other prompted him to kneel down and let the water run over his fingers. Just as the other had alluded to, the temperature was just perfect. "Thank you again," He offered, pushing himself up wit a smile, "I guess this city-life stuff is harder to figure out than I anticipated."

"Misleading? Hell yes it is!" Drihan agreed with a sagely nod of his head. He hadn't noticed IIija looking at him, too busy having been checking the male out. "But don't worry, things will start making perfect sense, you'll see." The giver smiled, watching as the tub filled up, envious of IIija's fingers trailing over the water and wondering what it would feel like against his ski--Drihan sneezed suddenly, shaking his head. No. He was not going there. He was nearly fifty for goodness sake. It maybe have been the prime of his life, but he honestly felt too old for such attractions.
"Alright, well, I'll leave you to your bath then." Drihan headed for the door again, wishing he would stop imagining bathing with IIija. "Oh, and those little bottles are for your hair and skin. Shampoo is for your hair and body wash is...well. for your body," he finished with a laugh before hightailing back to his room before his semi erect dick became too evident.

"Encouraging to know," Ilija answered with a smile, turning his attention to the tub until the other.. sneezed. He turned his head, giving him an odd look for the odd gesture, before shrugging it off. Well, the guy did seem a little eccentric, though that certainly wasn't a bad thing in the half-breed's eyes. If anything, it only made the man more attractive to him.. and made the bearer wonder why he was even thinking about such things in the first place. "Thanks again," He said, watching the other hurriedly leave the room, quirking an eyebrow at him. After a second, he shrugged a shoulder before tossing aside the towel and waiting for the tub to fill. Once it was done, he turned off the faucet and slipped inside with a leisurely sigh. There was nothing like a hot bath after the long day he'd had, and the thought of the warm bed awaiting him afterwards only made it better. (We can skip to the next day now, unless you had something else in mind? )

((haha no. I almost thought of putting Drihan in the bath with IIija but I was like lets take things slooow))
The next morning found Errol in bed, plastered tightly to Rahal. Blearily he blinked at the clock on the nightstand and groaned. It was too early for this. He was still sore from the trek yesterday and the rounds of sex he'd participated in with Rahal. All in all, it had been a good night, but he was still damn tired. Grumbling, he nuzzled against Rahal's soft hair, nibbling the tip of his mate's ear. It was only when he smelled bacon and eggs did he truly rouse and sit up.
"Rahal," he murmured, pressing a kiss to the boy's pale shoulder. "It's time to get up." He didn't force the boy though and fifteen minutes later after a shower and a fresh change of clothes, Errol found himself in the kitchen and staring at a too chipper Drihan. The majikadai looked like a little homemaker as he puttered about the kitchen cooking everyone's breakfast.
"Have a good evening last night," Drihan with a grin and a pointed look. This earned him a slap from Errol as the male plopped down at the table and snagged a cup of coffee. "I figure the bearers will be up soon enough," Drihan finished, already plating eggs, bacon, and a variety of other breakfast foods on a platter for the table.

(Bahaha. xD)
Rahal groaned lightly as the other tried to rouse him from his sleep, grumbling incoherently despite all the kisses and nibbles. When it came down to it, he just wasn't much of a morning person, especially when he was still tired. But still, once the other got up and went to get ready for the day, he bed just didn't feel the same. Even though he was still covered up and snuggled into his pillow, it seemed like Errol had sucked out all the warmth with him when he'd left. Despite his best effort to fall back asleep, the majikadai just couldn't do it, and finally made his way out of bed.
With all the quickness of a death row inmate, Rahal pulled on his clothes and emerged from the bedroom, looking every bit as tired as he was. Not to mention the stiff gait he walked with.. A tell-tale sign that he was rather sore himself. But even if he was still half-asleep and exhausted, he was still in a great mood.. until Ilija opened his door, just as he passed.
"Good morning," The older bearer said, pausing and looking him over before adopting a small smirk. "You look like hell, Rahal." He started off down the hall after the gentle tease, shaking his head as the boy flushed.
Rah opened his mouth to say something, but decided against it. Ilija knew what had happened, didn't he? The boy couldn't lie. He was somewhat mortified at the thought, biting down on his bottom lip as he followed the other bearer into the kitchen. He gave a nod of greeting to Drihan before sitting down at the table next to Errol, looking at the food in front of them.
"All of this? For breakfast?" He asked, looking up to the daemon for confirmation. "I'm not even sure what half of it is. But it smells great, at least."

Errol looked up when Rahal appeared. Smiling at his mate, Errol pulled the chair out for the boy. When Rahal was seated, he immediately zoomed in for a good morning kiss, gently raking his fingers through Rahal's hair. "It's not that much," he teased with a laugh. "Just enough for four people I think. Though we could have done without the banana, Drihan."
"Just because you are an uncouth barbarian, Errol," Drihan chided as he set down a pot of tea and coffee on the table, "does not make healthy fruit for breakfast bad." Tossing Errol and Rahal a playful look, Drihan returned to the kitchen to hurriedly clean things up.
"Don't listen to him, Rahal," Errol muttered. "He's just a freeloader. Anyways, that crispy stuff is meat and called bacon. The yellow bits are eggs and the flat bread looking type there is a pancake. And of course, the banana I suppose. A certain someone likes it on his pancakes."
"And it's delicious dammit," Drihan huffed before plopping down in his own chair to start passing food around to everyone.

Rahal leaned in and returned the kiss, leaning into the hand running through his hair. Afterwards, his attention returned to the spread of food out before them, cracking a smile at the playful banter between the two givers. Meanwhile, he was studying everything and trying to decide what would taste the best as the daemon explained what things were. Ilija seemed to be in much the same boat, particularly giving the eggs a questioning glance.
"It all sounds good. Especially these.. pancakes," Rahal mentioned, reaching out to pick one off the plate with his fork as the plate came around to him. He plopped it down on his plate, tearing off a biteful and popping it into his mouth. He chewed thoughtfully, before giving a nod of approval. "Sweet bread.. It tastes good. I like it." He grinned. And he hadn't even discovered syrup yet!
"This meat is good, too," Ilija said, staring thoughtfully at his bacon before looking to Drihan, "What kind of animal is it? Do you hunt it yourself?" Well, it was a valid question. How was he supposed to know people didn't hunt for their own meat in the city? It did make for a damned adorable question, though, especially at he continued. "Where would you even hunt animals in the city, anyway?"

Errol snorted loudly around a mouthful of breakfast at IIija's question. He hadn't meant to, but the idea of having to run down the street after a squealing pig struck him as hilarious. Even Drihan was having a hard time hiding a smile, at least until he smacked Errol to make him be quiet.
"Erm, no, IIija," Drihan tried to say as calmly as possible, though his eyes were twinkling. "People don't hunt in the city. We go to things called convenience stores where you buy the meat already...er, skinned and cut." Unable to stop himself, Drihan reached over and brushed a bit of IIija's hair out of his face. He couldn't not touch the bearer when he said something so innocent!
In the meantime, Errol's attention had returned to Rahal as he prompted the male to try a bite of everything. Playfully, he offered bits of food to Rahal going from the pancakes to the bacon and kissing his mate in between.

Rahal and Ilija both looked perplexed when the giver seemed to be amused at the question. Yet when his question was answered, the older bearer seemed to realize why his question had struck them as funny. Unable to help being a bit embarrassed, the man's cheeks lit up, taking on a faint reddish tint. "I see," He murmured, momentarily distracted when the majikadai brushed the hair from his face. But after a second, he forced himself to focus again, turning his attention back to his plate. "That's.. well. Convenient."
"I don't think I've ever seen Ilija flustered before," Rahal murmured quietly to the daemon, though he was unable to tell whether the majority of the reaction came from his question or the touch that followed. Either way, his lips donned a tiny, amused smile as he turned his attention back to Errol, content to let the elder bearer enjoy Drihan's company in between bites of new food and kisses.
