Across the Universe (Lev and Ori Part 2)

Ori squeaked, then glared at his mate. "Carry me."

Lev laughed and easily hefted his mate into his arms. Carrying him to the bathroom, he set him on a chaise before running his bath and settling Ori down in it. "I'll be back in a minute," he murmured, kissing his mate on top of his head. Heading downstairs he grabbed a muffin and some coffee and brought ti back upstairs to his mate. "Here, dollface. Take your time I'll take care of the kids."

Ori sighed, looking at his mate. "See this is why I love you. Thanks, baby."

Lev smiled and kissed his mate once more before going and getting the kids up and dressed for the day. Once they were all at the kitchen table, he distributed the muffins that were sent in fresh every Saturday around the table and gave all the kids milk before sitting down with them.

"Daddy," Dom said as he munched on a muffin. "I love these but will you ever learn to cook good like mommy?"

Lev just laughed. "Unless you think burnt water is good, I'd say no."

Levi wandered downstairs a few minutes later. It was 11 o'clock in the morning, and he was just waking up from where he'd crashed from work last night.

Lev was sitting in the living room floor with his kids using him as a pillow as they all sat there watching an Earth cartoon that made Sebby giggle.

"Dey tink we is green!" he laughed at the way the Earthlings thought aliens looked.

Levi chuckled, before running his fingers through his hair. "Maybe some are?"

"Yeah, Sebs, like that pretty green fae we saw the other day?" Dom reminded him.

"him not like dat!" he said pointing to the big headed alien as he spoke.

Levi just smiled. "He's not, but maybe the earthlings didn't get a good look at the alien that came?"

"Earflins are creepy," Sebby sniffed.

"I'm not creepy," Dom laughed .

"You're all creepy," Lev said, ruffling both of their hair.

Levi silently ate his muffin, blinking at the children.

"Where's mama?" Anouk asked softly.

"He's upstairs having some mommy time, sweetheart."

"Yeah!" T'days Daddy time!" Sebby said, getting up and dancing goofily.

"Which means pizza for lunch," Dom said with a laugh. "Cuz you know dad can't cook!"

Levi shook his head. "Why don't we make pizza?" he asked.

"You worked all night last night, Vi," Lev was quick to say. "We can just buy it and call it a day."

Levi blinked, then shrugged. Whatever.
