"I will. But for now, I need sleep..."

Chaboyta grinned softly and then led his Pen to the cot. "Would you like company? "

"Of course." I opened my arms for him.

Chaboyta slipped onto the cot gently and then spooned Pen. He absolutely loved holding Pen. Feeling his body curved up against him. Feeling his peaceful loving thoughts through their link. Feeling whole and one. Chaboyta purred softly as he hugged him.
"I love you Pen." He whispered into Pen's neck as he purred.

Pen snuggled up to Chaboyta's chest. "I love you, too." He said, before falling fast asleep.

Chaboyta wasn't tired. It probably had to do with the fact that he had just recovered from the stunning. He cradled his huge arms around Pen continued his purring and watched his sweet wonderful mate sleep. He wondered idlly what their kits would look like...how many they could adopt...where they would live if they got out of this prison...Where would they build their orphanage?
A ton of questions...no real answers...
But one thing is for sure...His Pen was the smart one...and between them both, they could do anything.
He purred at the thought.

(Heheheheheeeee & Mwahahahaahaaaaaa)
Chaboyta was nearly sound asleep when the guard rattled keys in the door. In almost a millisecond, he was off the cot and between Pen and the guard. His eyes locked defiantly on the shocked Zercan.
"FOOD." The guard growled. "Eat it or not you lousy rats."

Chaboyta sneered but held his tongue. He didn't need to antagonize the guards more than he already had. So he just stayed still and watched the guard set the tray of food down. The tray had a meal set for one not two. It included a smaall dried up piece of meat, a small serving of a creamed vegetable, and a 2" square piece of bread.
Chaboyta watched the guard back out of the room cautiously and only moved only after the cell door was relocked. Then he carefully approached the tray full of food and smelled it. He hoped that if it was tainted or bad, he would smell it. Instead, it smelled delicious. So, he picked it up and set it down on a small table next to the cot.
He suddenly realized that he didn't know if he should wake Pen to make him eat or let the beautiful bearer sleep. He stood there comptemplating for way too long.

Pen slowly opened his eyes, looking around. He saw his mate staring at him, as if he was thinking "Why are you staring at me like that...?"
(Sorry about the lateness. I've been brain dead on this RP...)

"They brought you food." Chaboyta grinned and then picked up the tray. "Please eat up. You are eating for 2 now."

"But both of us are tiny. You need food as well. Split it with me?"
(Thanks~)

Chaboyta set the tray down on the cot next to Pen and lied, "I already ate. Eat up. You guys need it. And if he's anything like his Giver, he won't be small for long." He chuckled softly at the last part.

Pen could tell he was lying, but let it be. The bearer ate slowly, savoring every bite of the vegetables and the bread. "You can have the meat... I'm a vegetarian." He blushed a little. Being a vegetarian was a strange habit for a former serial killer.
