Duke smiled back and Gleo and nodded, allowing the boy to pull him along. "It wasn't a problem dearling. I just really had to go to the bathroom," he said with a chuckle.

"I noticed," Gleo said happily before blushing hard realizing what he was saying. "I-I wasn't looking on purpose."

Duke grinned and peeped Gleo's nose. "You're free to look as much as you like, Gleo."

Gleo wondered if Klaude was right, was this guy like the others who just acted nice but wanted to tease him for a being a boy that looked like a girl, acted sort of like one or even worse.

Duke laughed and shook his head at the boy, not knowing what bad things Klaude was whispering into Gleo's ear. "Do you live alone Gleo, or with your parents?"

Gleo shook his head. "Nope, I lived with my brother, but I'm staying with Kik right now." He beamed.

"Oh? That must be fun. Kind of like a....sleepover, right?" Duke asked with another smile. "How come you don't live with your brother?"

Gleo paused, face shadowed by his hoodey. He could feel Klaude reaching out to him, wrapping mental arms around him portectively and glaring at Duke. "It just didn't work out."

Realizing he'd put his foot into his mouth, Duke wrapped his arm around Gleo's shoulder in a half hug. "I bet Kik is fun to live with, yeah?" He asked, trying to dispel Gleo's sadness.

Gleo leaned back into Duke. "Yeah, he has five sisters, so it's fun."

Duke smiled and couldn't help but enjoy the boy's closeness. "Sounds fun. All those cute girls running."

Gleo pouted. "I don't know about that."

Gleo looked away embarrassed then shook his head. "I=I don't like girls." Suddenly he pinned Duke wiht a andorably defiant face. "DO you have a problem with that?"

Duke paused and cocked his head before he gave Gleo a cheeking grin. "Not at all. I don't like 'em either. Too many squishy bits, you know?" He chucked Gleo's chin playfully, wondering how the little beauty could have such a terrible alter ego.
