Binni cast his eyes to the floor and quickly grabbed his scarf before heading out to the transport. "Um, this apartment we're approaching is a two bedroom and two bath, very wide for you and any partner you may have an, um..."

Binni nodded and pulled out his digi pad and recalculated the homes under his care and set a new route. "Well, this new apartment is just the thing. It's a bit dated but in a beautiful way, you know?"

Tula just smiled at the chubby male. He indeed was too cute, and those blue eyes were just so iwde and innocent it made Tula want to corrupt him.

They arrived at the apartment a bit later, Binni getting a little winded when they finally reached the top of the stairs. He trudged forward thought and showed the man the apartment. "The previous owner was a lover of older architecture and kept the place in mint condition as when he first purchased it." he said, going into realtor mode.
