Lucy glared after Vesper. Wasn't that supposed to be his line. Then again, Lucy wasn't experienced in that line...was Vesper. He hadn't really ever thought about it before. If this mate thing didn't exist, and they had continued that night, he would have just been a one night stand to the perfect guy for him. A dark feeling crept into Lucy's chest and he brought his legs onto the couch and against his chest. He didn't want that.
