((Protecting Results-- Xiomar/Vali))

Vali smiled and touched the screen, "I miss you too...the doctor said I'm going to give birth soon...a few days...I want you home...so hurry..."

[mesmu]

Xiomar's eyes widen. Vali wouldn't have those few days anyways if he didn't get home in less than eighteen hours anyways. But being a father scares him almost as much as losing Vali, and the children. But he just smiles softly now, "I will be... I love you, see you soon."

[fearless]

Vali giggled at his expression but nodded, "I love you too..." he purred.

[mesmu]

Xiomar nods and ends the phone call. Ready to get moving and on the way home.

Vali smiled and laid back as he waited soon falling to sleep relaxed.

About ten minutes after Vali fell asleep Kurro comes into the room where his Nanny sleeps. Then hugs him and leans on him, "Vali? Vali are you going to be okay?" He doesn't mean to wake up his sleeping, closet friend, he's just worried.

Vali wakes slowly and hugs Kurro close. "Baby...me and the twins will be fine...Xio is coming..."

[mesmu]

Kurro nods and hugs Vali closer, "Okay..."

[fearless]

Vali kisses the top of his head, "You alright?" he asked softly.

[mesmu]

As Kurro opens his mouth to say that he's fine, he just has a bad feeling is all, the head Doc comes in through the doors. His expression one of panic, but he says in a calm manner, "Not to alarm you... But Xiomar has just gone off the map!"

Okay, now Kurro knows why he was worried.

Vali blinked at the doctor then sat up frightened. He reached for his mate, but couldn't feel him, he didn't know it was because the bond was not strong enough. "O...off the map?" he demanded seeing the panic. "What do you mean?" He was freaking out and he could feel the twins doing it as well. "He needs to come home..." He stood advancing on the doctor angry and frightened then whimpered when he felt a pain in his stomach. "Somethings wrong..."

[mesmu]

The doctor jumps into action automatically, taking no more than a minute to be able to state, "You're going into labor, Vali... We're going to have to get those babies out now."

And of course Kurro is just worried as hell.

Xiomar, whom is cut off from Vali right now, knows nothing of the experience that his mate is going through. And he finally found his ship and is now setting course for home.

Vali shook his head, "I...I can't...I need Xio here..." he whispered. "T...they can't come yet..."

[mesmu]

The doctor frowns and shakes his head. Then begins to lead Vali in the direction of the nearest brithing box, "I'm sorry... This is the way it has to be... Unless you want your children to suffer a terrible death before they even lived."

[fearless]

Vali didn't want that so he went willingly into the birthing box. He reached for his mate, wishing he was still alive.
