He then began scanning the ground for life. Anything would do, even the smallest bug could hold him off for a day or two.

Kuro-Kit pouted in his sleep feeling as if something was missing. He opened his eyes and pouted seeing Inseq gone and sat up crossing his arms. He hoped Inseq hadn't left him, he hadn't meant to be a pest.

Now, it he could find a few more he may get a decent meal, or...well...as much of a decent meal as he's ever had.

After a few hours of hunting down bugs, Inzeq slipped back into the crack only to find Kuro-Kit crying.
"Hey, brat, I brought you some bugs since I'm not sure if bloods all you need. If it is I'll just eat the bugs."
