Love Your Nightmares (Unicious/Seren)

Seren ran quickly through the dense forest. He was currently a sleek, black fox with grey eyes. He was on his way to his brother's underground home, hoping to spend some time with him. He nearly stopped dead in his tracks at the smell of vampyres. He refrained from whining as to not get sighted. A shudder ran through him, causing his fur to rise along his back. He hates the very idea of running into a vampyre or deamones. He didn't want to end up like his parents. He continued running only to be stopped ten feet away from his brother's home.

Unicious' off white eyes followed the group of Vampyres as they made their way through the forest, running. He jumped from limb to limb on the very top of the trees, a light smile gracing his lips. There was something those men had that he needed to get back for a client.

Of course, they didn't know he was there. They weren't running from him, but to something. At first they had just been running until they stopped and turned around. Curious, Unicious had followed them, but he was beginning to be annoyed by the chase and unfurled his double wings taking flight as to get ahead of the group of Vampyres. A couple hundred feet in front of the group, he landed and his egg shell eyes widened. There was a little black fox before him, but he could smell more to it then that. He put his hand on his hips, wings extended fully still.

"Well now, aren't you in much danger little one? Shall I save you?"

Seren could only stare at the man before him. The vampyre smell was making him feel as if he was drowning in fear. Whining, he went to dart around the man, changing into a small black rabbit. He dived for his brother's underground home.

Unicious smiled after the fox turned rabbit before turning to face the on coming group of Vampyres who halted at the sight of him. "Looking for something, boys?"

After their initial shock, they began to growl at him. "Who are you."

"That's of no importance. What's important is whether one of you were at an incubus brothel no too long ago?"

"What's it matter?" said the Vampyre that seemed to be the the leader. "Now why don't you move your pretty self out of the way, you're making us loose our lunch."

"Oh dear, well, I'm afraid your lunch will have to be delayed," Unicious said, an apologetic smile on his face before he narrowed his slightly larger eyes and pulled out his sword. "You see, you took blood from one of those inccubi that belonged to another. I'm here to get it back." With that, he charged at the group.

Two sets of eyes were watching Unicious by the time he was done: Seren's wide, frightened ones and his brother's narrowed, calm, calculating ones. Both of them were small rabbits before climbing from the hole and changing into wolves. Sniffing the air at the male before him, Seren's brother took a step towards Unicious but was stopped by Seren. The brother looked at the younger curiously but obeyed. Seren was shaking in fear, trying to get his brother back to his home.

Unicious wiped his sword off on his black tight pants. "All this blood, it makes me thirsty," he said to himself before turning around toward the two rabbits. "I'm sorry you two had to witness that, but I do believe I just saved you from a massacre yourselves."

Seren hid behind his brother. Rolling his eyes, the older sniffed at Unicious again. Seren bit his brother's leg, making him jump slightly before the older turned to him with a growl. The younger let out a small whine.

Unicious sighed. "Well, I have no interest in hurting either of you little ones. I suppose I should be on my way then."

[kyaarisa]

The older one morphed into his human form, "Wait...." He showed no care to cover his nudity. He pinched a spot on his younger brother's shoulder, causing him to morph into human form as well.

Seren pouted, "Tynon...." He hid behind his brother again.

The older bowed his head to Unicious, "Thank you... My brother would've been caught if it wasn't for you. He's the only family I have left."

Unicious bowed slightly himself. "Oh, well I'm glad I got to him first. I would hate to leave anyone lonely." His eggshell eyes gave a quick look to the older Jshiko before he looked at the smaller one with interest, eyes gazing as much of him as he could see.

Seren shrunk more behind his brother as he saw that he was being stared at. Fear swirled in his dark grey eyes.

"Seren... It's rude to hide from guests." the older whispered softly.

Seren slowly removed himself from behind his brother.

Unicious' eyes widened at the full sight of the smaller Jshko before a gentle smile crossed his face. "Well, aren't you a pretty little thing."

[kyaarisa]

Seren's eyes kept their fear, but his cheeks took on a pinkish hue at the comment. He pulled his knees to his chest, wrapping his arms around his legs to hold them there. His older brother gave the younger a look of approval before looking back at the other, "He's a bit shy when it comes to those he doesn't know..."

"Liar." Seren breathed.

The older narrowed his eyes at him.

"You know why I don't want to be talked to... You can smell it on him too. You're going to get us killed one day with that curiousity of yours..." the younger said softly, refusing to look at Unicious now.

"Hmm, oh, I wouldn't blame you for being wary of me, I am half Vampyre," Unicious said. "However, I won't hurt you unless you have something I need to get back for a client."

[kyaarisa]

Giving him a brief look that he didn't believe him, Seren morphed into a raven and took to the skies. The older sighed softly and whispered, "Excuse him for his rude behavior... He doesn't understand that your species needs to feed like we need to feed. I'm trying to rid him of his prejudice."
