I sat in my bedroom, filing away at the chains on my ankle. I had managed to rip a piece of strip metal from the bottom of my bed. I was almost free from the chains. My parents chained me here when I told them that I was gay. You see, they were super-religious Catholics, and hated anything to do with homosexuality. So, according to them, this was my penance for my sins.
Soon, the chain link snapped, and I was free. I jumped up, and broke open the window of my room. Running through the window, I silently made my way across the yard to the street, where I ran into a boy with long red hair. I fell back onto my ass, and stared up at him.
"P-please d-d-don't hurt m-me." I stuttered, eyes wide. If he wanted to, he could no doubt take me back to my parents.

This day just could not get any worse. First off Rosto was late for his first day at his job. And his roommate just so happen to lose the shirt that he had set out the night before. "I am going to kill him the next time that happens." He muttered under his breath, pushing curly red hair out of his blue eyes. He wore a pair of jeans, yet they were lose fitting were slightly fading.
The white shirt he had pulled out was pulled on next over his olive tinted skin. Muttering a few other things under his breath. He pushed his hair behind slightly pointed ears that came from his 'mother' side of the family.
Finally getting out of there, he took off at a jogging pace to try and get there on time, but was stopped when someone ran into him. Looking down, Rosto stopped and held out a hand to help the kid up.
"W-woah, its ok...ay, I'm not g-going to hurt y...ou." His stutter came into play at that moment.

I blushed and took his hand. The second I did, a tingle ran up my arm.
"C-can you help me? I need to get to a police station..."

Eye's widening slightly as he felt the electrical shock that went through his body at the touch. Rosto stood there almost frozen in place, the words almost didn't register to him as the Zercan side of him cried out that he finally found his mate...but in the state he was in, the Zercan side was ferocious at it.
"Y-yeah... c'mon." Though he coudln't bring himself to let go of the boy's hand.

"T-thanks." I mumbled. It was then that I heard someone scream my name. My heart dropped like a stone. It was my mother. I mouthed, 'Help Me,' as my father ran up to me, and knocked me unconscious.

There was no time for his shyness when he saw some man run up to them and punch his future mate in the face. Anger boiled up as he grabbed the older man by the arm and punched him as hard as he could, teeth bared in a cat like snarl, which also emitted from his chest. Rosto wouldn't let anything happen to the young boy that was unconscious next to him.

I sat up with a horrible headache, and gasped at what I saw. The red-headed boy had my father in a strangle hold, with a look that said he was ready to kill.
"Let him go..." I said simply. My father look up at me in shock. "Let's just go, please."

Looking over at the boy, Rosto let go of the older man and still just glared at him, spitting out curses to him in both Zecran and in the native tongue the Jshiko's used. Slowly he backed up to help the boy up, concerned locked in his eyes as he looked at the small youth.

"Let's leave." I glared at my parents. "You may be my parents, but you've tortured me for years. And now, it's over. You will be dead to me from this moment onward."
"You will regret this. God will punish you for this with an eternity in Hell. Mark my words, you homosexual disgrace. You will never find salvation." My father spat back at me.

Rosto nodded and placed a hand lightly on the boy's lower back, baring his teeth back at the parents as he let out a low emitting growl once more. Wanting to show his distaste for how they treated their son.
"Y-you a..re wrong" clearing his through slightly, trying to get rid of the stutter. "There are other worlds out there besides this pathetic planet and its excuse for how it treats those who choose this life style....." Ear's perked up slightly, the tips of them hidden under his hair before shaking his head. Hopefully they would think he was just some loon.

Nodding slightly, Rosto gave a small smile. "D-don't worry a...about it. My names R-rosto."
Looking down, he couldn't help but feel that he should be happy to find his mate.

"Y-you can c...ome with me." It wasn't often that he was willing to bring someone with him to help, but it just felt right to help Kansai. Taking in a deep breath, Rosto had to calm his racing mind, the boy wouldn't be ready to hear anything that he might have to say from what he felt earlier before the boy's parents showed up.
