"Well..." I started, when the door was blasted off it's hinges and slammed right into Jacques, knocking him unconsious. In marched a bunch of big bulky men with pointed ears. Wait, pointed ears? That means only one thing; Wizards. One, who appeared to be the leader, marched over to me and grabbed my arm. I screamed, but fell silent when a gag was stuffed into my mouth. Then, I was hit over the head. Before I blacked out, I was thrown into a bag.

I was just about to get to hear what else I could do for my adorable mate when suddenly there was a loud boom and I was hit with a heavy object. As evrything fell into darkness I heard Danny scream. The last thought I had before evrything fell silent and I slipped into unconsciousness was 'You better keep your hands off MY mate!'

When I came too, I was lying in a ramshakle room with giant wooden crates all around me. My head hurt like hell, and my arms and legs were bound. I flipped myself onto my stomach and inched my way through the crates. I was soon able to hear voices nearby.
"So, what are we going to do now that we have the kid?"
"We wait for the boss. Then, we get to ditch this backwater planet and return to Jeskara." Jeskara?! If this 'boss' gets here, I'll never see my mate again. Jacques, save me!

I woke up with a bunch of nurses and doctors fussing over me. Even through all the chaos I knew something was wrong, Danny wasn't in the room. When I asked where he was one nurse told me he was missing. As soon as I heard that I was up and jumping out the window. Luckily it was the first floor, so I didn't break anything. I began running, following this unconscious pull that I knew would lead me to my mate. Even though my head was killing me, it felt like a small dull ache compared to the pain in my chest, a pain I knew was caused by being away from Danny.

I lay on the ground, trying to contemplate a way to get out of this mess. I tried wiggling my arms out of the ropes, but they were too tight. Suddenly, the door to the warehouse flew open and in marched a man with deep red eyes. A Dragonis! He looked over in my direction, and walked over to me. Shit!!! I tried to wiggle away, but he was faster. The Dragonis grabbed me by the robes that held my hands. He smiled at me, but it was a cold, calculated, evil smile, devoid of any happiness. What happened next, I couldn't stop.

As I'm crawling through the crates to find Danny, I hear a loud bang like a door flyign open. I peer through two crates and see a large man with red eyes. He walked over to something and picked it up by some ropes. It took me but a few seconds to realize that he was holding Danny. Without even stopping to think it over I jumped up and tackled the man to the ground.

I suddenly fell onto the concrete floor as the red-eyed man was tackled to the ground. It was Jacques! I instantly jumped into action, changing form and latching my mouth onto his throat.

As I was punching and wrestling with the man on the ground I suddenly saw a blur of motion as Danny changed form and attached to the man's throat. Thinking he could handle the man, I got off and began fighting the two other men who were now noticing the fight behind them.

The man looked up at me, the look in his eyes begging for mercy. Unlike some Zercans, who would rip out his throat for such an offense, I knew I couldn't be that heartless. I let go of his neck. He grabbed his neck, and raced out of the room. His henchmen soon followed. I changed back, and ran over to Jacques, wrapping my arms around him, even though I was naked.

After the jerks ran out I felt two small arms wrap around me. I turned and hugged Danny tightly.
"I am SO never taking my eyes off you from now on!" I chuckled. Then, carrying im bridal style, I retrieved his clothing and jumped through the window I had come in from, now using his clothes like a blanket to cover him.

I snuggle in Jacques arms, completely content. I mewed and sat up to kiss my mate on the cheek before whispering in his ear.
"Jacques, lets go to Zerca..."

I stop suddenly and look wide-eyed at my little mate. 'Did he just say what I think he said!?!? Go to Zerca?!?! As in another planet!?!' I go and sit down on a nearby stump and settle him in my lap.
"Um, babe, you mean go to your planet? Like, leave Earth and stuff?" Honestly, the thought was amazing! I would love to see where my love had come from. But one thought nagged at the back of my mind. "Hun, what about your family?"

"My mom would let us. I have some brothers on Zerca we can stay with. They're soldiers in the Zercan Army. He might even come with us, he hasn't been to Zerca in years, and I've always wanted to go see it. So, what do you say?"
