"Okay, let's get started." And so began my instruction. After about an hour of work, I could summon fire and water. While I was taking a break, a horse-like thing appeared on the horizon. On it were two familiar figures.
"Jac! Mom!" I call out, laughing.

I hope off the horse before it fully stops, causing me to tumble a bit. I stumble up and run to him and nearly hug him to death.

"Can't... Breathe..." I choke out, and Jac lets me go. "Hey, watch this." I summon a fire ball in my hand.

"Great, you leave my sight for a few hours and become a pyromaniac." I chuckle, then try to blow the fire out like a candle.
"That's *blow* cool*blow* baby!*blow*"

I hurry after Danny, realizing I took the joke too far. I grab his hand and spin him around to face me, hugging him to me.
"I'm sorry babe. Really, that is amazing, and I'm so proud of you! But, I just don't see why you need to learn this. I'm going to protect you, you shouldn't be working so hard while pregnant." I kiss his nose gently.

"Jac, this is Linos the Mystic. He's the one who taught me how to use magic."
"Yes, Danalin here comes from a powerful and ancient line of Zyphrs, or Zercans who can us the arcane arts. Sephyr is also a Zyphr, and a powerful one at that. He could kill you in a heartbeat."
