"I like you too, Savi," Beau said. "I thought I'd made that perfectly clear last night," he said with a smile.

"You did and I appreciated it," he winked. "I just wanted to let you know. In case my mood swings have given you whiplash or something."

Beau shook his head. "Not when I've grown up with my uncles. Moodiest bunch of Givers on the planet."

"It's cool that you're on speaking terms with your family. All my Earthling relatives don't know we're interplanetary and think we're odd for disappearing. The rest of my family here and Zerca just don't really bother cuz we're rarely arounde," he shrugged.

"That's sad, thought I'm sure you'll like my family, should you meet them." Beau said, looking at the male.

Savi shrugged. "I'm indifferent."

"I'm sure you won't be after you meet them. Not a single one of them is sane," Beau said, looking at the man.

"If insanity breeds something that looks like you then I'll be scouting the crazies from here on out," he winked.

Beau grinned. "That's only if I'm every foolish enough to let you go."

Savi grinned and ducked his head a bit. The things the man said always had him feeling flustered.

It was true, Beau would have to have been a right fool to let a creature like Savi slip through his fingers.
